An uncle's memorial dinner and a 40-day memorial dinner were also held here, due to the fact that the mosques were occupied. The kitchen is not working well. Salads (vegetable and carrot) except salt and vegetable oil, no spices were added, ground into porridge, it was not possible to eat. For the memorial dinner, the meat was boiled in the evening and turned out to have a dried crust until the next lunch. Tea is prepared only with kettles, apparently for personal gain, they are not allowed to use 1 single brew, there are people who drink tea weak and without milk, for them there is no choice. Also, fruit vases are too large, 3 kilograms, they are not allowed to put them on smaller dishes, which is not economical for the customer. Also, for 1 (one) dish, 5 kg of pulp is required, the dough is 1 kg, whereas in their kitchen there is a meat layout of 2.5 kg, kazy 1.2 kg: in total, 3.7 kg of meat is needed. In the end, both times there was not even enough ready-made tea. Requests for tea preparation are also large: 2 kg of tea leaves, 12 liters of milk, for 20 tables (240 people). In general, we were dissatisfied both times. Cheating and personal gain!
