Olga was able not only to advise, but also to support. A man with iron endurance and the most friendly attitude to any client. In front of me, Olga's nerves were being ruffled by everyone, I was surprised how tolerant a person was to different kinds of comrades. For the second time (October 2023) Olga helped to do the almost impossible - to change the domestic flight purchased for miles. Only positive impressions remained from visiting the office and consulting. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank this wonderful person and professional with a capital letter!
I flew with Turkish airlines for the first time this summer and was pleasantly surprised.
I called the support center in Minsk several times and was able to get through twice without any problems.
The guys helped a lot, changed the tickets for the flight from Moscow due to the canceled flight, consulted, answered all my questions and fulfilled all my wishes. Special thanks to Renat (I hope I remembered the name correctly).

I went to the Turkisha office several times to consult on flights, tickets, and bonus points. There are always only positive emotions from communication. They will tell you everything, prompt you, explain and help you.
We flew with Turkish Airlines in June 2022.A family with a preschooler. At first, they had a delay at Pulkovo airport for several hours, upon arrival in Istanbul, the stopover was more than 15 hours on tickets, but on our requests to provide a hotel, the airline employees refused, despite their fairy tales, which they tell on their website to attract passengers to not so cheap flights. I do not recommend it.
Turkish Airlines canceled my flight, and I couldn't get through to the office on Zybitskaya by any phone number. I've been calling all day. I had to call the Turkish call center. It seems that there are no representatives of the airline here on Zybitskaya, but a travel agent is sitting, "I want to sell tickets, I don't want to sell, and of course I don't want to solve problematic customer issues"
This is the first time I have encountered such a "service".. I called from morning till 15.00..NO ONE answered the phone, from the word AT ALL..I arrived at the office, on Zybitskaya 9, at 16.00..The door is closed..the man knocks, practically breaks down the door, shouts through the open window that he also rang a lot of money on roaming, and that he has a problem and a plane in 3 hours.in response: "don't knock, I'll call the police now..." And what was it??? Can someone give an answer?? My assessment of the lack of service is MINUS all stars.. This is lawlessness..!!!

It is not possible to get through, phones do not exist, you can only get through to one and that is constantly busy, the airline is good, but the support in Belarus is terrible
They do not answer calls, there are no reflections on the transfer of the flight made by phone in the personal account, 2 days silence only the answering machine
We promptly helped to solve the problem with the error in the ticket. They couldn't even help with the international service. Thank you, great fellows!
