Disgusting work of employees in Bishkek offices!
Everyone is lazy, no one wants to help figure out whether it is possible to transport an animal (parrot) in the cabin of an airplane.
No one takes phones, they don't know shit in the office, they ask to write to the mail. There is always different information by e-mail: then "yes, of course, you can easily transport a parrot", then "no, in no case can you carry such a parrot".
The request to send a request to the airline's office in the country to which the flight is planned is answered in such a way that it is immediately clear: employees are simply lazy! Disgusting service!
It is not clear why this office was opened at all. There is just a building , the office staff does not work at all, it is not really possible to get through at all . They shame a company like Turkish Airlines. It is impossible to get through even to the airport , it is impossible to get through to any offices . Much to my regret and shame, only the name of the company remains. There is no service .Shame.
