Due to the Airline's fault, the flight from Antalya to Istanbul was delayed. In Istanbul, we had a transfer to Moscow.
My 2 children and other tourists and I lay for almost a kilometer along the Istanbul airport, no one met us, did not explain what to do in such a situation, I am generally silent about Apologies.
As a result, we changed our flight tickets (after) 7 hours - without hotel accommodation, without compensation for food, without any compensation at all!!!!
I am very disappointed. I will write wherever I can about this case!
The company went bad, Peter Ho Chi Minh flew, Istanbul was chosen by a tourist at the hotel check-in desk we were simply rejected, they said that we did not fit these conditions. I highly recommend it!
