He may stay away from some schools. Nice place, I like it as a dormitory. The price is reasonable. It's a quiet place. I like the staff. They're interested. The bad sides are that the place to wait for the guests is too small and they don't have a place to drink tea etc while waiting. There is not much place around that caters to students. Generation Z can get a little bored. Or they can travel. 😁 The navigation passes right in front of it and brings it around a little. If you go from the right-leaning road just before the right-turning road, you come out right in front of it. As a result, my own child stays here.
