Good day! We visited this restaurant from the hotel. We stayed at the hotel, and went to dinner after arrival. Pleasant service, but when asked about the service fee, they said no. And it is, like everywhere else, 15%.
It was evening, so some dishes were missing.
In the kitchen:
Salads are delicious. Shurpa is delicious, but a very small portion (after that, by the way, they always began to ask for the portion size). The kebab is delicious, but cold.
Alcohol is only bottled 5 times more expensive than the store (it seems to me that it is still too much)
The prices are average.
In general, if you go in and eat on the first day, then you can. But you can find a better one.

I really liked the soups: shurpa and solyanka.
Nice staff, great atmosphere. Delicious Turkish tea.
On the downside: they work until 23.00. although the establishment is located at the hotel.

We stopped in Bukhara for one day, supreme pilaf, samsa fairy tale, baklava fire. I recommend it to everyone.

Unfortunately, the service in this institution is below the baseboard (remark — we are visitors from Russia):
1) At the entrance, no one paid attention to us and for several minutes they did not come to the table to offer a menu;
2) The time was about 8 p.m. — it had already become quite cool outside, but the windows were wide open in the institution — it was very cool, some of the visitors were sitting in jackets. Some of the windows were closed at a personal request, when asked about the plaid, they said "okay" and disappeared for at least half an hour, returning later only upon repeated request with a comment: "oh, it got wet from the rain, we can't provide";
3) Tea and salad were received relatively quickly, but the hot dishes were carried for about an hour, as if completely forgetting about our existence. The kebab was brought barely warm, the pide — again only after an additional reminder, but fortunately hot. Although even here they managed to mess up — when ordering with cheese and chicken, they brought the one that was just with cheese. To the question "why is this so?" the answer was given — "and we have only one on the menu - with cheese" (although in fact it was different). After being asked to look at the menu carefully, the waiter admitted the mistake. They decided to leave the dish (90 minutes had already passed after landing), but after being asked to check that everything was correct in the receipt, he commented with the phrase "oh well, there's only 10,000 difference);
4) According to observations, waiters in general often confuse or forget orders from other visitors (subjective assessment);
There are no questions about food, there are good chefs working there.

Positive: service, entourage, drinks. Turks are great: they help out hungry tourists on any holiday or weekend in all countries of the world. On December 31, when there is no working restaurant in Uzbekistan, we were accepted without prior reservation. The quality of the dishes is different. Mulled wine is expensive and 5+: big, delicious, beautiful. Caprese salad: instead of mozzarella is used... processed cheese. The rest of the assortment is normal. Coffee for 5+. The price tag is above average, but without additional payment for the service. The toilet is old, the entrance is from the street (perhaps it is for staff). In general, the restaurant saved our New Year's Eve in Bukhara, for which thanks to the owners and the team!

Delicious food, delicious beer, strong alcohol. What's in the photo is supposedly cheese sticks))) My wife was embarrassed, but she ate and asked for more) Desserts deserve special attention) The toilet is really around the corner and 15 meters down the street. The staff is friendly and helpful. They suggested where to go in Bukhara, what to see. One of the waiters played guitar and sang in Uzbek and Turkish.

We were in the hookah part, the staff was polite, the price tag was adequate, the visitors were mostly male, not a single girl except those who were with us was not observed. Hookah is medium, you can smoke ;) out of a funny smoke, even hang an axe, BUT! As soon as visibility disappears, the roof is shifted to ventilate and you see the sky ;) it was in autumn, I wonder how they act in winter ;) in general, if you really want to blow a hookah and do not want to go far from the hotel, then the place is normal ;)
