You wait in line from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. In the 21st century, the world is moving towards digitalization, the queue is on coupons, and not in Turkestan of the USSR. The 0 floor is stuffy, both children and pregnant and elderly people are sitting, there is nowhere to wait for the crowd.
