I am using the transfer service for the first time and, to put it mildly, I am horrified! I was the first to encounter such an attitude towards people.
1. Transfer from Polotsk to Vnukovo, they requested the departure time, I don't even understand WHY, they brought it 12 hours before departure.
2. From Polotsk to Vitebsk, the driver watched a MOVIE! How is this possible?!
3. The way back was much more interesting!!! A day before arrival, you need to warn the operator about the trip, as MONEY IS TAKEN IN BOTH DIRECTIONS AT ONCE!
Confirmation of arrival and time DOES NOT MATTER at ALL for this company. The arrival time is at 15-15, the minibus leaves Sheremetyevo at 16-00! BUT THE OPERATOR BOOKS FOR 1-00 nights, that IS, 9 hours OF WAITING AT THE AIRPORT, AGAIN!!!! To the arguments that we would promptly receive the luggage and get out as quickly as possible, they said NO, since a delay of 5 minutes, MAXIMUM, is a SERIOUS schedule shift! It also did not work out to refuse such a trip IN a DAY, as they suggest. There were NO tickets for comfortable conditions (direct train and arrival 4 hours earlier, train with transfers, eventually a plane from the same airport, etc.) in place of data!
The driver was contacted immediately, but he has not yet reached Moscow. After repeated messages and calls with promises to pick us up by 23-00, we were FINALLY PICKED UP AT 24-55!
Initially, there were only 2 of us, the minibus was empty. The question immediately arose, "WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG?"
As a result, as it turned out, the driver had to pick up two passengers from Vnukovo. BUT WE WAITED 15-25 minutes FOR THEM TO PICK UP THE LUGGAGE!!! (when we WERE REFUSED AND DID NOT EVEN LISTEN TO ANY ARGUMENTS!!)
4. Our fellow travelers turned out to be residents of Mogilev and the driver takes these passengers to the gas station, which moreover is, TO PUT it MILDLY, not on the way to Vitebsk, thereby making an additional mileage. Further events develop MUCH MORE INTERESTING! We are going in the opposite direction, when it is possible to stop at the GLORIOUS CITY of VITEBSK from the fork where we were, but we are not looking for easy ways or MOCK our customers?!
5. Arriving in Vitebsk, we are transferred to a taxi, to a driver WHO LOVES TO WATCH MOVIES AT the WHEEL and on the way back, in parallel with viewing, CONSIDER PHOTOS OF MOTORCYCLES! And after making a comment about watching a movie while driving, it was recommended to CLOSE YOUR MOUTH, WRITE A COMPLAINT, since previous customers did it too, OTHERWISE HE WOULD DROP OFF!
Dear Managers, even in the absence and hunger in the market, you need to work with PROFESSIONALS, as you are responsible, I hope, for the LIVES of PASSENGERS! You are NOT "FATE SOLVERS"!

P.S. Since being in the Russian Federation without communication services of this country entailed additional costs in the amount of 145 rubles, you constantly need to be in touch with the employees of this company, and there is no free WiFi and access to it at airports for foreigners.
Just a nightmare))))) I think we can start with a few advantages. We were traveling from Vitebsk to Sheremetyevo. The road there was normal, a pleasant driver, a car specified in the contract. We arrived on time, we didn't have to wait long for departure. The battery and charging were working. That's where the advantages end. We had to get back by the same office. We arrived at 1:30, we call the driver as agreed. The driver tells us that he will pick us up at 8 a.m., he replied to our shock, saying read the contract. They read it. They fell out. The contract is amazing))) Of course we're fools, we didn't read it right away, it was our mistake. The money is not refunded under any circumstances. All the buns are on the performer's side. The customer for this office is not a person at all, he can be dropped off in the middle of the road. Arrivals after 00:00 are picked up at 10 a.m.))))) We spent 8 hours homeless at the airport waiting, then the driver called us a taxi to the gas station, we got there, and there was a crowd like us)) He arrived at 11:30!!! On a shabby minibus, and not on a mercedes, which, again, is specified in the contract. We thought it wouldn't get any worse, but this trip destroyed our optimism. The air conditioner didn't work in the car, it just drove hot air around the cabin, we all cooked like in a boiler for 8 hours with breaks for fresh air at sanitary stops. My feet were swollen so they didn't fit into my shoes. There was not even a mesh for things on the seats, and of course there was no WiFi either. By the way, there is no such car on the website in the car park section)) The only thing that was pleasant was that the driver turned out to be friendly, but unfortunately this was not offset by all the disadvantages. There is nothing more to say except that it was the most terrible trip of my life
I was traveling with my child and sister by minibus from Sheremetyevo airport to Mogilev, it was very terrible. Nothing is thought out from the word at all.
1 of the disadvantages is that the driver was contacted on arrival only an hour after arrival, before that time the operator said that he was resting, write an SMS, but this is generally a separate topic. We were able to leave Sheremetyevo Airport after 3 hours.
2 minus is that we drove for 5 hours in a minibus with a child without stopping the sanitary zone. 🤷♀️
And the last minus was that the driver was not particularly friendly to passengers!!!!
From now on, I think I will be more picky about the transfer.
