I would like to thank manager Adriana for choosing a tour and arranging a trip to Turkey (we had a family vacation in the second half of June). A complete disappointment! For the first time, we went bankrupt and I will face false information provided by travel agents . We went by transfer 10 hours to Moscow to the airport, we knew what we were going to board the plane, we expected 6 hours at the travel agency, they said 2 hours to the hotel, in fact it turned out to be 4 hours, which turned out to be the crown funeral for us . The hotel was chosen 4 stars in fact 3+ which did not justify this road with transfers once cleaning for the entire time in the room. A private beach in the sea of boulders is impossible to swim. The hotel was chosen small, but the tour agent convinced that it was located in the center of the city of Marmaris with a large infrastructure where we could walk. In fact, it turned out that in the neighboring paselka the road was an hour along a steep serpentine , the travel agency changed its shoes allegedly meant that the hotel was the closest to the city.We examined the specific amount in the aisles, but the budget was not limited if we were informed that for this amount there are only options with such significant disadvantages, we would make a choice in favor of a tour for more expensive why arrange demagoguery to sell vouchers it is not human!

The travel agency has gone very bad. If two years ago we traveled from this company and everything was fine, now the service has deteriorated very much. From the very beginning of the conclusion of the contract for a vacation to Georgia, the conditions were changed several times, increasing the price. All the issues of departure, relocation, and the covid test had to be controlled by ourselves. We were promised a full trip. But every time we had to write to the Ingeo accompanying company ourselves. And last night, we ourselves clarified whether a free transfer from Kabuleti to Batumi airport is provided and at what time. They wrote to me that a car would arrive for us 4 hours before departure. It's at 2.35am.When no one came to us before 3 a.m., we ourselves wrote to the contact person from Ingeo. He replied that he was coming to pick us up and would be there in half an hour. After 30 minutes, he wrote that he was just leaving. Already at 4 a.m., he writes that now the hotel owner will find us a taxi. I remind you, it's 4 a.m., and check-in ends at 5.45. The hotel owner comes out and says he doesn't know the taxis that drive, you need to catch them on the street. Although there is a car next to him. Understanding our situation, another person would have delivered it himself, but not him. We started looking for a taxi ourselves in a panic, there was no one to rely on. And the street is empty. Yandex taxi says that all cars are occupied. Maxim has been looking for a taxi for a long time. It's good that they thought of approaching a five-star hotel, and they always have a taxi driver there. He took us to the airport for $20 and we caught the plane. I have not yet told you about the beautiful Old Taverna hotel in Kabuleti with a chandelier not attached, with a cornice that does not cover the entire window and early in the morning from the sun, with toilet paper

We just returned from Egypt, used the installment service, initially paid only 25% of the tour price, and two weeks before departure the remaining 75%. The only tour operator that offered such a payment option in the face of Covid restrictions and confusion. They also passed PCR tests through a tour operator, the results were right at the check-in desk at the airport. An unequivocal recommendation and thanks for a smooth vacation!
