Consultants with low classification and responsibility,
1) I asked to change the linked phone number, they changed it!(I transferred money from a foreign card by phone number, money went to someone else!)
2) I asked to change the phone number again so that I would transfer money to myself and not to someone who previously owned my phone number (they answered they did not know how to carry out this operation and asked to top up the account through an ATM)
3) the bank's application did not work on the phone, this question was answered, they say they have no specialists on this issue!
In general, the tent is not a bank, I do not know why they need specialists with such knowledge! The most they can do is convert currency (and then to friends without waiting in line) and don't care what number you have on the letterhead!

Hello. I made a transfer to the city of Crimea, through the payment system (contact), a bank employee claimed that the program does not display the city of Crimea, but it can be sent to Krasnodar, Krymsk. And from there the money will go to the city of Crimea. So, dear employees of the bank, at least get acquainted with the services that you provide! If you send currency to Crimea, Simferopol, then you will not receive it in Simferopol! The result: I had to go to Krasnodar and get the currency! 700km. Passed... Thank you for knowing your job well.
