The hotel has become unimpressive, as the room is very poorly cleaned, soap and shampoo are not changed, even the bathroom is not cleaned after a shower, both are left and remain after cleaning, water is not left in the room every day, although it is required. After cleaning, the hair is lying on the carpet. And breakfast is good especially when tourists are in the hotel, the ATO almost never cooks, as if the guests are not people except tourists.

I really liked the hotel.
The staff is very attentive and speaks Russian well. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there are many additional amenities (safe, electronic clock with alarm clock, three telephones, mini-bar in the refrigerator, bathrobes and slippers, lots of furniture, large TV, bidet in the toilet, excellent air conditioning). Excellent breakfasts with a huge selection of food.

The hotel looked great. But...
1) When the reception called, she answered poorly, I mean not professionally at all
2) It looks like the elevator is new , but it works like the old one. Makes all sorts of knocking sounds.
3) I rented a room for 500k. The room is spacious but the renovation is very poor. The color is chosen unsuccessfully, such a temptation seems to be crushing you.
4) The bed linen, although clean, is of poor quality.
5) The quality of the plumbing repair is very poor. It is clear that the blunders worked. There is no air extraction.
6) Breakfast is so-so.
I advise the hotel management to take into account the comments that I have made and try to correct myself. These remarks were also made to the guys at the reception. I'm sorry, but I definitely won't stay with you next time.

A new hotel. Nice, clean rooms.
Delicious breakfast. There is a sauna, hammam and Jacuzzi, where there are almost no people - it is very comfortable. the staff and reception are attentive and friendly. a good place for those who don't really want to stay in the center and are used to modern hotels. from the hotel to the center you can quickly and cheaply take a taxi.

Nice hotel, nice team of staff. Excellent breakfast buffet in the restaurant on the 9th floor. But so far there are construction sites and a playground with pools with almost no shade and not very equipped. It is clear that these small disadvantages will be eliminated soon.

I really liked this hotel. A little more expensive than the others, of course. The rooms are new, large, clean and well equipped. There is a swimming pool, fitness room, billiard room, sauna, massage, karaoke, and a night bar. Everything is clean and tidy.

relax - chic clean rooms,
The food is an excellent restaurant on the 9th floor with excellent dishes and a wonderful view from the windows.
Entertainment and health - sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi, billiards, bicycles - everything is available for guests!
I liked it, if it works out, I'll come again!

The idea is good, but... I'll start with the pros: Very polite and helpful reception staff, nice rooms, close to the airport.
Cons - the hotel seems to be unfinished, everything is closed on the eve of May 9.
A separate story that spoiled the impression is the bar. For some reason, the desired amount of alcohol can only be taken by ordering vodka. But whiskey, wine should be ordered only by bottles, and no less!

The room is great, the restaurant and the bar too, but a huge minus to the spa area. You can use it for free for 1 hour, (at the same time there may be more people there) you will have to pay for the next ones. But there's nothing to pay for either. A micro pool, a terrible hammam, it is impossible to step on a hot floor
