A great hotel with good interior and service. If you walk from it to the historical center of the city, you can capture many interesting locations. It takes about 40-50 minutes to walk to Registan Square.

Great hotel. Responsive staff. There is a nice swimming pool and a recreation area in the courtyard. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfasts are excellent. I recommend it to other people.

I really liked the hotel, the rooms are clean, the beds are huge. The staff is generally smart, they try very hard, they offer help with any questions. The breakfasts are delicious, although by 9 o'clock the pancakes were already cold, but there are a lot of fruits, cheesecakes, there are plenty to choose from.

Spacious family room with two rooms, though without a dividing door. Everything is quite new. The alley is off the road, so it's quiet.
Among the disadvantages: the sink drain does not work well, they refused to accept the card - only cash.

There are pros and cons. Of the minuses: the sheet was not the size of the mattress, but smaller; because of this, it crumpled and slipped. The bathroom is too simple, reminiscent of Soviet times. There is no towel rail. Otherwise: everything is fine. Clean, quiet. The staff was polite.

The hotel is not bad, but the price is too high. Standard single room for residents is $48 . The sanitary unit has poor ventilation. One of the advantages is a very rich breakfast. There is a swimming pool.

The hotel is nice, but the staff who greets the guests did not like it. The hotel does not accept bank cards for payment (there are always some excuses like a holiday and banks do not work). They also come up with some fines for trifles.
In general, the hotel is excellent, but you need to work with the staff to welcome guests well.

We booked the hotel through Booking. It was a difficult move, because it was the fourth city on our trip, everyone was pretty tired. We arrived in Samarkand early in the morning and went directly to the hotel.
We went in and saw an employee sleeping in the lobby on the couch by the bar. The receptionist was in his place. Upon approaching the reception, we were informed that the room was not ready yet and we had to wait for 14:00 (check-in time). Then the employee began to frantically pick through the papers and went to check the number, which was probably already ready. When he came out, he said that the room was ready and he could check in. We were overjoyed at the moment, but the employee "maliciously" continued that earlier check-in would cost $ 30. We were ready to give this money away. But the very fact of how it was presented offended.
As a result, after thinking about it, we canceled our reservation at this hotel and went to check into another hotel, where we were warmly welcomed and accommodated.

I chose the hotel based on reviews , as a result, the room was declared 28m, in fact, a maximum of 10 . Don 't turn around . At the same time, the room implies accommodation for two. The check-in began with the fact that the shower room was covered in hair from the previous tenant and a used toilet ( yes, I won't specify, but clearly the person did not know how to flush and the cleaner did not wash after him). When I complained to the reception, they were not even surprised and said that the cleaner often "messes up". Cool. I regret that I did not ask you to make the bed in front of me, since it obviously has not been changed either. Wrinkled and in the hair (there is a photo ) Fortunately , it was necessary to spend one night in this terrible hotel . The lobby and corridors are very beautiful , the rooms are dirty. Terribly dirty walls (photo attached)I already wrote about the bathroom above . By the way, after cleaning , all the plumbing remained dirty , and the shower head was covered in foaming streaks that constantly foamed when you wash . It remains to guess what they washed . There's nothing to eat for breakfast .unripe fruits , rancid nuts . There is no choice . I could only eat one pancake, the rest is simply inedible. Nobody cleans dirty dishes at breakfast . It 's worth it until people have nowhere to sit and they 're not looking for staff . A pigsty in one word . They didn't give me a check-out . It remains to guess about the transparency of the business
