The location of the hotel is great, but the room itself is tired almost to death. There is no TV, a washing place for skinny people and stepping 50 cm through a narrow door, you can kill yourself wet, a towel with wipes, etc.
The condition of the hotel rooms is, of course, depressing. However, there was no tin either. The staff is loyal and adequate, but they don't speak Russian. The breakfasts are not bad, but, of course, no frills. The main advantage of the hotel is undoubtedly its location. Everything a tourist needs is located around within walking distance. To Sofia 10 minutes on foot, to the metro 2-3 minutes. Eminenyu Pier, from where you can take an affordable walk along the Bosphorus or to the Islands, is a 10-minute walk away. Right under the hotel there is a courtyard with a cafe for every budget; next door (10 meters to the left of the hotel exit) nice cozy dining room where you can have lunch for 100 lira. In short, if you need a hotel only as a place to spend the night, it fits perfectly.
