In short, according to a five-point assessment, I will put 2 points. We recently rented a suite in this hotel. Everything started well, great location, friendly receptionist at the hotel. Well, then the surprises began. The TV in the room does not work, we turned to the administrator, in response we heard sorry, this is the only room in which the TV does not work, since there were no free places, we had to stay in this room. There were stains on the carpet in one of the rooms, in the other room where there was a floor lamp, there was dust around, a towel was washed, but the smell was clearly not fresh. There was no hair dryer in the room, there were problems with a sleeping place in the second room, the sofa did not fold out. They opened the windows, and there were cobwebs all around, which they could remove, as it turned out, a surprise was ahead... Night fell, it was hot in the room and we decided to open the window for the night. They were just shocked by what they saw.... They started catching spiders on the eaves, opened the window and as it turned out, we cleaned the web badly, there were also spiders of not small sizes, in total we caught and threw out 14 spiders in one of the rooms. In the second room, the situation is almost the same, only large spiders were caught there and thrown away. It wasn't pleasant to sleep much. I would really like the maid in this hotel to do her job better.

To my comments, and more than once it was suggested to use the third elevator, they say these have always worked like this. When I came again and the elevators were working without changes, and even once I had to walk up to the 4th floor, so the girl at the counter brazenly and rudely lied to the remark that they were watched and they would not go faster. Ie, not even in the subject, what and how at once She gave an answer. I asked for the book again, where I saw that no one had solved the problem. And as I understand it, writing in books does not change anything. Apparently, you need to go higher with the letter. Maybe then something will change FOR THE VISITORS. There are different staff: from polite to more or less rude. Therefore, today there is one star. And I can't recommend staying at this hotel. And I read from the reviews that he is not very good. Well, the repair of course Savdepovsky is here. There are much better hotels in Mogilev.

The horror! We booked 2 comfort rooms with 2 beds and paid for them. They came to the reception and said that we had a reservation. To which the girl at the reception flipped through something on the computer for a very long time and looked at the counter with cramps. After giving us 2 keys, she said: - Here it is. We were surprised to ask if we needed to register? To which she replied: - well, look, if everything suits you, then I will register you. Although the hotel had already been paid for and we did not have a "look if it suits you". We went up to the floor to look at our rooms. One room was not cleaned at all, there was a fish sandwich, a bottle of vodka and there were nuts for rodents. We were surprised by such a gift from the hotel and went down to the girl again. She started looking for something in the computer again for a very long time and looked at the counter with the numbers. After giving us the other two keys, we went up to the floor again. One room was again with single beds, and the second room was up to the comfort of a double bed. Why did we pay for two rooms with double beds for comfort, but in the end one room is comfort, and the second room cannot be called a housekeeper, because it was dirty, towels that were once white are disgusting to plan… And again we went down to the first floor. Was there no chapel to my indignation? It's already 12 a.m. and we can't figure out the hotel room in any way! To which the girl replied to us: - I can't help you with anything, that's all there is at the moment. Although we told her that everything was paid for, in response we only heard that this is all that you have booked one room with a single bed, one with a double bed.

The room is dirty, the hair is dirty, the ventilation grille is dirty, the bathroom screen is broken, there are traces of water leaks on the floor, the TV works very poorly (it snows), the bed is broken and crookedly repaired, the sheet is torn, the wallpaper is all stained. I rented the room for 2 days, after the first no one cleaned the room, the bed linen was not changed. The restaurant at the hotel is also a horror, all the tables are dirty, none of the customers are there, there are mountains of crap on the tables, and the employee is sitting and she ***, the menu is worse than in the worst canteen, the bar is taken out into the tent outside.

The hotel is from the Soviet Union, the reception is working fine, but otherwise everything is bad. The room is furnished, the cheaper the better.
But the room was cleaned well upon arrival.
We lived for two days, the room was not cleaned at all between overnight stays, even the garbage was not taken out.
The restaurant is a separate organization, and this is the weakest link, breakfast is scrambled eggs with small sliced vegetables and cheese. It's the same every day.
On the first evening we wanted to have dinner at a restaurant, so they refused us when they found out that we live in this hotel, we weren't really upset, but the act of the staff is very strange.
Two stars only for the view from the window of the old town and the river. Otherwise, I do not recommend it at all.

At the hotel itself, everything is filled with cars, although there are signs everywhere banning stops and parking. The asphalt is also full of holes, in short, from the very beginning it was not a pleasant experience. The baths are standing , but the size is 1200 - the baths are covered with liquid nails around the edges , but when you go to the shower , all the water will be on your floor . It 's time to write off the linen and towels!!! Everything is gray - dirty with spots !!!! Mattresses are terribly uncomfortable and also stained. We arrived in October, but the weather was 10 in the afternoon, and at night 0-1 it was terribly cold in the hotel!!! We were offered dirty blankets !!! The staff and administrators are like neighbors who don't care what happens. The kitchen is a separate story!!! Not a word was said that there were a lot of children up to school age in the hotel , when I went up to the floor I saw a couple of guys leaving the room. I came to bed and thought to sleep because I got up early and there were a lot of things to do in the hope of resting, and then calaps began on karedor Screams, screams, mats and just terrible, and children from the strength of 5-6class. I turned to the reception what was going on, figure it out, they answered me they would look for counselors in the end, after half an hour nothing changed, I called again and again the guard came and dispersed everyone by numbers and after his departure and 5 minutes everything happened again, as a result, two hours ora under the doors, I decided to go for a walk goes to the city returned about 10 evenings and there were a lot of children in the corridor, 15-20 people ran back and forth and at about 12 at night it all went quiet.
