Staying at this hotel for two days, we really liked everything, the manager speaks a little Russian, the food is delicious, the service is excellent, the beautiful view of Lake Van from the hotel room, we were very satisfied with the service.

everything is normal for a 4 star hotel The rooms are clean. Jul. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is fine. The business manager runs to every job. The garden is very wide to the Van lake -0- Transportation is easy. The ventilation of our room should be better
