Great hotel. It is located in the center of the old town. Near the mosque. It has a magical fairy-tale atmosphere. This building is from the time of the Ottoman Empire. The rooms are clean and cozy.Everything works. The linen is white.Cleaning is always done. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty. The restaurant is very very beautiful.pleasant music is playing. The pool is clean, quiet and beautiful. We were at the end of May, we were told that we do not have a beach, although before there was a part of the beach from the hotel, we paid 500 rubles for a day 2 sun beds and an umbrella for 2 people. The real beach is 40 minutes away from the city. There's a great pebble beach there..You can buy sun beds there for free.In general, the hotel is for adults .This hotel will leave you with a pleasant impression for a lifetime
The hotel is really lovely.
All the pros and cons were listed earlier.
For dinner, the set menu: soup, vegetable appetizer, vegetable salad, hot with side dish, dessert.
Drinks for dinner at an additional cost.
About a glass of wine 400 lire and above
A very cozy hotel, a good breakfast buffet, the hotel is not suitable for a beach holiday, anyone who wants to get to know the old town is here for you. The staff is very polite.
The mansion is very atmospheric, everything is surrounded by greenery, all the sights are 5 minutes away on foot.
Excellent location, the beach is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. It feels like living in your villa in the old town, the atmosphere is gorgeous. The breakfasts are very tasty. It's a little noisy at night because of the hangouts in the old town, but in general, it's tolerable. The air conditioner saves you from the heat. The staff is good, the hotel has everything you need. The pool right in the courtyard of the hotel is a feature. In general, it is a very cool option if you want to feel the history of the city and that the center is nearby and the beach.
I had a rest in this wonderful cozy hotel in March 2023. There are enough pros and cons in it. I'll write right away about the case :
Of the advantages: location ! This is the very heart of Antalya.
The hotel has absolutely amazing responsive staff who behave more than respectfully and affably. The rooms are clean and cozy. The territory of the hotel itself and the hotel as a whole convey the spirit of the old town with its interior and exterior.
Of the cons: terrible audibility in the rooms! All rooms starting at 7 windows overlook a common courtyard with a cafe and a common staircase, so you will not see silence - I bought earplugs for the second night, because it was impossible to sleep on the first (( Further, for those who wake up to the sound from the minaret - you are not in this hotel! The minaret is very close to the hotel and the sound is very loud. Now about the windows: I don't know about the other rooms, but in rooms 7 ... the windows are small, they overlook the courtyard (which is sometimes completely closed even on the roof) and you can't see fresh air (( I was very surprised when I came to dinner, and they told me that neither water nor tea, nor any other drinks are included in the dinner! To my question, how can you serve a three-course dinner without any drinking - just spread your hands.
The most detailed and honest review of the hotel!
Important: we sincerely love the hotel and have become friends with the administrators, so we have already been there twice, but we will tell you in detail about the pros and cons.
Positive:
1) the location is TOP, it is in the old town, but close to the tram, bus, etc.
2) the territory is really beautiful, the courtyard, the restaurant, the pool - everything is VERY nice and cozy
3) Authenticity - antique furniture and interior really have charm
4) cleaning every day
5) excellent administrators and a dog named Sarah))
Cons (for which the hotel is scolded and for good reason)
1) It really doesn't pull in 4 stars. If you love luxury, you will be disappointed
2) the furniture is authentic, but very tired. Doors that don't close well, sconces hanging crookedly, chips, a whistling shower, etc. - a complete set of an old house with old furniture.
3) food: breakfasts are really scarce for a Russian person (no porridge, meat, fish, etc.). Catch a life hack: buy baby porridge at the store and brew it with warm milk. All the rest of the food is great for "catching up" at breakfast. We did not take dinners, judging by the reviews, they are no better than breakfasts
4) there is no kettle in the standard room, alas
5) the guest's kit is meager: small shampoos and conditioners, no brushes and pastes, slippers are brought on request.
6) Noise: how lucky you are with the number. If you are in the main building on the second floor, it will be quite quiet, if in the second building or on the third floor, get ready for all the sounds of the old town and the restaurant. The music is turned off only at one o'clock in the morning. Suitable for those who sleep like the dead or are ready to sleep in earplugs. We were so tired that we passed out as soon as we got to the room)
For money: the cost of rooms is too high in itself, but if you are traveling with a tour (especially in the off-season), you can check in very budget-friendly.
Resume: We love this hotel ourselves, it's super cute, it's great located and great people work there.
Who is suitable: you love authentic interiors, are ready to put up with flaws in the interior and can sleep with noise.
Who doesn't suit: you love luxury-sleek-perfect, are used to 4-5 star hotels and impeccable service, or crave absolute silence in the evening. Most likely, you will be disappointed.
A great hotel, a very cozy courtyard with a swimming pool, the rooms are large and clean, the very center, everything is nearby. The only thing is that breakfast is very poor, but you can eat
A wonderful hotel in the old town of Antalya, Kaleici. Wonderful atmosphere, beautiful interiors, attentive staff. Delicious food in the hotel restaurant. It is located not far from the entrance to Kaleichi.
The hotel was in February 2023, it was cool. We lived for a week. The room was not the one that was seen in the picture online: the furniture and floor, in general, the condition of the room indicated a very long renovation. Too many mirrors (personal opinion is not very cozy, especially a large antique full-length mirror by the bed....brrrr).
The room stock is different: someone got a more modern and warmer room. It was cold in our house, so the air conditioner was working 24/7 for heating (it stuffs the air, and it was not very comfortable to sleep). There is no ventilation in the bathroom - I had to open the window to ventilate the room that was fogged up after a shower.
It should be understood that there is no central heating at all. They asked for extra blankets.
There was an old door in the room, which was not locked with a key the first time, so you need to be careful with the locks - after all, this is a hotel with a history ... :)
The TV had a broken remote control.
There were no slippers and bathrobes in the room (well, that's okay, we have our own), there were no cups, a kettle - they asked for additional dishes, everything was brought after 20 minutes. Generally at the reception (in the absence of a full hotel load!) we can arrange to change the room, but there was overbooking on our arrival, and we walked a lot and only returned to sleep, so we did not download the license.
The staff is responsive. Breakfast is always the same (a small buffet, we liked it, because we are tired tourists and have seen different things), dinner is a fixed menu (different every day). I liked that at the reception upon arrival we were immediately asked if there were any food allergies (it is better to warn yourself about this so that there is no misunderstanding at dinner - the staff hardly speaks Russian, the hotel is designed for Europeans).
Also, there is a mosque very close by, be ready to hear prayer several times a day!
Overall, everything is friendly and nice. It is a pity that free water is not provided in the room (the entire minibar is for an additional fee.payment).
And yet, when we arrived, it was 8-30 in the morning, and theoretically we had time for breakfast, but we were told that since the hour of arrival was only after 14.00, we were NOT allowed breakfast (we were upset, because we were very tired and hungry). Usually, they were always allowed to have breakfast. I had to go look for an exchanger (they only work from 9), then a cafe (they open from 9-30-10), in general it's nicer when they take care of you :) We checked in at 12:30, thanks for that too.
Conclusion: the hotel is in the center of the old city, beautiful places, tour.business is booming (Moscow prices, it must be understood), close to all the sights, 20 minutes from a good shopping center "Marcantalia", cafes, embankment, port, fortress with amazing views and places from the "Operation Fortuna" movie.
Everything is within easy walking distance. Freshly squeezed pomegranate juice, clothing stores, souvenir shops, grocery migros, car rental, bikes, etc. - everything is nearby.
The hotel itself is an old mansion in the European style, with its own parking (manual barrier), with several small buildings, its own restaurant (expensive at prices), although not all rooms have been restored. If you are going for impressions, walks, the place will suit you!
The hotel also has a nice little courtyard with a swimming pool, sun loungers, orange and olive trees.
There is also a kind cool dog living in the hotel, which the owners sheltered during the pandemic.
In general, I liked the atmosphere of the old town with its cobbled streets and pleasant staff. I repeat, we are not very pretentious tourists. To some, the place may seem too noisy (in high season, I think it's crowded and noisy until late at night).
The hotel is super! Atmospheric, in the heart of the old town! In terms of convenience, it's probably an honest three stars, but I didn't need more. Of the minuses - very late check-in, at 14:00, arrived in the morning, waited half a day for check-in(
We had a rest for the February holidays. Sooooo liked 5 days of happiness!!! Minus a meager and monotonous breakfast, but not with bread alone... The rest is 5+
And the wine bar is a separate respect!!!
Perfect location, very beautiful, great location!
Yes, it can be a bit noisy, but these are the features of being in the old city, it didn't bother me at all
The best place in the Old Town, a family-run old hotel that has been owned for several generations. The beach is 5 minutes from the hotel, they give you towels, you can change as much as you want.
Buffet breakfasts, we had lunch mostly on the beach ourselves, and had dinner at one of the restaurants, they also belong in Tuvan, the level is very good, the prices are Moscow
TUVAN (https://tuvanahotel.com /) October 2020
The hotel positions itself as a 4*. We are surprised why the hotel has such a high rating. Of course, it is very authentic: an old mansion in the Old Town, in a quiet (at first glance) alley, surrounded by lemon trees and flowers, but the disadvantages overlap the flavor.
1) The room size does not entitle the hotel to 4*. The room was, at most 10 sq. m. the whole room, hardly entered, placed a suitcase and things. The bedside table does not allow you to use the drawers inside the closet – everything is so close together.
2) The bed is microscopic in size, a man 197 cm tall slept with his legs hanging in the air. The mattress seems to be flat, but tossing one person at night literally throws another sleeping next to him. The pillows are solid and there are only two. There are no additional pillows. The furniture is all shabby. Everything is very old. The bathroom is also a special adventure in the 20th century, everything is old and needs to be replaced and repaired for a long time.
3) The audibility is incredible. Every step in the hallway and voices in the neighboring rooms. Absolutely everything. It should be noted that this is not the quietest part of the city. To put it bluntly, the noise was such that it would not be possible to sleep or relax in the room.
4) The air conditioner is located exactly above/opposite the bed and blows on sleeping people, which makes it impossible to sleep at night with it on. Open windows make any kind of sleep impossible. There are a lot of cafes nearby, in which music screams first, then drunk people scream, at the same time motorcycles and cars roaring away from a nearby parking lot, cats yell at the noise of people / cars, all this is accompanied by constant barking of dogs, and then cats and dogs together, and in the morning, with morning prayer, begins The mullah is singing/yelling and the dogs are howling at him. It was the worst St. Bartholomew's Night in a hotel in my entire life.
5) Breakfast is poor, tasteless. Rather, it's not even breakfast, but what's left of the evening was taken out in the morning. The staff looks at you with surprise, but what are you doing here?)
6) There is a beach in the old bay, it looks cool, but this is a one-time entertainment. And there are no places there. Anyone can come to the beach by paying.
7) For those who are allergic to cats, keep in mind that cats are everywhere and no one forbids them to sit / lie / piss everywhere.
Summary: you need to come to restaurants and the promenade in the Old Town, and stay in other hotels - preferably in new, modern, well-equipped and appropriate categories and stars, which are full in Antalya.
As a result, instead of the purchased three days of stay, we checked out of the hotel the next morning after arrival, just ran away and were incredibly pleased with it. Don't make our mistakes.
The hotel is located in the old town, which itself is the sightseeing center of Antalya. The hotel itself is very neat, clean, and made in an old and interesting style. There is a swimming pool and a restaurant on site.
The staff is very friendly and speaks different languages. The food is very good and delicious (the food is varied). The nearest beach is about 700 meters away, but if you want privacy, it is better to choose a city beach, which is about 5 km away (you can walk or take public transport).
A wonderful place! If you are tired of just lying in the pool and you finally decide to see Antalya from the other side, this hotel is your option. Neat old streets are lined with tables of cafes and restaurants, near the Hadrian's Gate and the Clock Tower. I recommend you to visit this place!
I really liked the hotel. The staff is very attentive and polite. How beautiful and cozy the hotel is. Excellent location. I will definitely return to this hotel again.
A beautiful boutique hotel from the 18th century. Exquisite and stylish. It is located in the old (antique) part of the city. We went in April. We were delighted
