Rather, as a wish, I would like to see tariffs with a higher speed, for some users this is relevant. Summing up, I can say that at this time it is the best operator in the city.
so far, I have never regretted that I chose this provider. they came straight home, offered their services. everything was explained in detail, helped to choose a favorable tariff. the connection was carried out very quickly, the masters set up the TVs and explained everything in detail how to use the application.
After the merger with A1, the Internet became very dirty. Not everything works. The iptv set-top box has become useless. There are only channels and paid services. Some sites do not work without vpn. And in online games, too, not everyone works with such an Internet!

I switched from Chance and Beltelecom to Twin a month and a half ago.I'm very sorry. for doing this .I did not notice the high-speed Internet and moreover, the opportunity to watch TV completely disappeared.You constantly see silent slack jaws and a black screen sometimes with the inscription "Service is unavailable" Today, October 3 at 18-35 on the 1st Belarusian channel, I wanted to watch the movie " A Place in the Sun" and had to turn it off because it was impossible to watch and listen and the same thing is observed systematically.I called the office and the girl apologized and said that the specialists were aware of the situation and were working . I've called more than once and heard the same thing. In general, I did not watch a single program without interference in the form of colorful circles of cubes running around the screen, etc .e and the screen periodically fades out for a few seconds .
UPD: after 8 months, I decided to try twin again in the hope of improving the quality of services and was pleasantly surprised: connection interruptions disappeared, ping in games became significantly lower than on beltelecom (in some cases, the difference is even twofold, for example 28 and 55-70 ms, 110 and 170 ms (American servers)), packet loss it is generally absent, unlike btk (in my game, the state provider had it up to 20% on some servers). Compared to what it was 8 months ago— heaven and earth. In general, the guys from twin are doing well, constantly improving the quality of their services, listened to complaints and eliminated the jambs. And the services themselves are cheaper than those of Beltelecom at the same download speed and even 4 times higher return speed. The only thing is that access to the lolz resource I need is blocked on TV.guru , although it is open on beltelecom. But tech support said they were working to fix the problem, and the problem itself is not that very critical, you just have to use crutches in the form of all sorts of VPNs. Therefore, the complaint below can be considered irrelevant, I will just leave it as an indicator that the company is always trying to help its customers and solves their problems, if any.
If we consider the Internet in terms of price / speed, then it is better than beltelecom. But if we consider the stability and quality of the connection, then in this aspect I am generally dissatisfied. Not only is the ping much higher in games on some European and Russian servers than on Beltelecom, but even where the ping is lower than on Beltelecom, the game is still terrible: there is a very late registration of hits or its absence, jerks and twitching during the game and according to the classics, Internet disconnection on ~3 seconds every 30 minutes. There were no such outages on Argusnet (the Twin company before the rebranding), although the quality of the Internet began to decline from the moment there were mentions of the advent of the Twin. Among the advantages, I can mention a very good ping to American servers compared to beltelecom — but you still play on them, as a rule, rarely. As a result, my results in games on Beltelecom are 2-3 times better than on TV and the game is much more enjoyable. Perhaps most of the problems are my individual case, but I share my experience. Well, at least in Fortnite and on some servers in CS go, a higher ping is observed not only for me. Perhaps Beltelecom's monopoly on external traffic is affecting, I don't know. Although, as far as I know, in addition to Beltelecom, 1-2 more companies can purchase foreign traffic (NCOT and beCloud, although the latter seem to work only with the mobile Internet). It might be worth starting to cooperate with them. I also want to note the professionalism of the technical support, namely Master Andrey — he is a master of his craft and always helps as much as he can. The best specialist. The level of technical service is probably even higher than in the West. But since the issue of the quality of the Internet connection and ping is in the first place for me, I can't put a higher rating
