A terrible agency with a terrible attitude!
They took money from the seller and tried to take money from the buyer through their front desk, for the same deal! Since according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, you cannot charge double for making a purchase and sale transaction (for performing the same work)! Which is a gross violation of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus!
In this regard, they did not want to communicate from the word "at all", provide information about the apartment, hid the fact of having a mentally ill neighbor from above, constantly escalated the situation that without their inspection of the apartment and as a result of paying 63 basic units, the buyer would not be immune from various unpleasant situations in the future! I would especially like to mention the boorish behavior of the agent of this "wonderful agency" - Maria Petrovskaya!
Be very careful with this agency! In the "eyes" there is only money and the desire to get it as soon as possible! For their services, they ask for the maximum allowable tariffs (the Council of Ministers adopted Resolution No. 754 of November 1, which provides for changing the marginal rates of tariffs for realtors' services, and also approves the regulations on the procedure for their establishment and application)!!!
My personal advice is to think with your own head, look for the necessary information and check everything!
Don't look at the veneer of agencies, but look for decent agents! For whom money does not overshadow conscience and decency!
My opinion is purely personal, stemming from the concluded deal through this agency!
