I want to note that The young man behind the counter answered the question :- Are there any retroreflectors on the wheels?, he was able to offer only on batteries for 17 rubles.
And, when asked about the cost of the basket, the seller generally announced = 150 rubles. This cost is THREE (❗) times more expensive than the actual price of this product, and there are no flickers in this store.
There are almost no customers, at the time of my visit, there were two people with me. I note the cleanliness of the floor, the choice of bicycles, and the choice of large scooters and children's bicycles for the little ones.
But there is no desire to visit this outlet at all.
On June 6, 2024, I applied to the shop "Your bike" on Novopolesskaya str., 3 in Gomel, with a request to adjust the rear brake and speed shift of the bike. Unfortunately, the store employee I contacted treated his duties unfairly and returned the bike to me in the same condition in which he took it, about which I left a negative review on the website of the chain of stores "Your bike".
Literally three days after I posted my review, Dmitry, the head of the department of the "Your Bike" store chain in Gomel, called me back, apologized for the store employee who was repairing the bike and offered high-quality repairs by the most experienced craftsman at any time convenient for me. Of course, I agreed, drove the patient to the same store, where the guys literally adjusted everything in 10-15 minutes before my eyes, cleaned and put the brakes and gearshift in order. This time I went home from the store on a healthy bike.
Thus, the problem of the "human factor" was solved quite quickly, efficiently and politely, thanks to which my impressions changed from extremely negative to diametrically opposite. Of course, now I can safely recommend the "Your Bike" store chain to you both for shopping (previously we also bought both bicycles and bicycle parts in these stores) and for servicing faithful two-wheeled horses.

Choose any store, but not your own. I had two criteria for choosing wheel size 29, frame size 17-20. According to these simple parameters, we were able to pick up only one bike, however, it turned out to be scratched. Regarding communication in Viber, this is a separate story. Employees do not own the assortment. Advertising is everywhere, but in fact the store is about nothing.
We arrived at the store 3.03. We waited for 15 minutes until the seller was free. He promised us to pick up models according to our request, which are available in the Republic and reset the options on Viber. Today is Thursday 7.03 no one sent anything. We called their shared number and another seller from this store called us back. And he said that they only work on site in the store, and they won't pick up anything for us and drop it on Viber. I.e. we need to go to the store again. Given the fact that we planned to buy a bike is not cheap.

There is absolutely no feedback on orders from the site. Order 4141 dated 05/07/2024, three working days have passed (today is May 10th), a letter has arrived from the store - your order has been accepted. And silence for four calendar days. Moreover, the ordered item disappeared from the site. I don't know whose merit it is - the order manager or this particular store, but I will never turn to these heavily employed people again.
Good service, employees, but very expensive, almost 8 rubles to change the camera? There's a case for 3 minutes. And the camera itself cost me 11 something.
The attitude of the staff towards the customers wants to be better. The prices are high. The quality of the work performed on the bike, which was given for repair, also wants to be better
Sellers will sell you anything you don't want. I recommend going to the store clearly realizing what you want! There is a choice, the service is on the level. But they can wash the brain at once!))))

The assortment is not rich in spare parts, the equipment in the city is the most diverse, but there is still very little of it! (We went to Minsk as a result)
