The consultant, who was not at all friendly and attentive, left an unpleasant impression. The consultant recommended an analogue of the product, but did not warn that there is 20% less. After the purchase, I noticed that the volume was less than desired, and indicated to the consultant that it was advisable to warn about this. I received an answer that "you are the only one who asked for the previous warning." I explained that I am a customer and came here for good service, and not to be told that "I am the only one here."
