Frustration and wasted time
We contacted this service on 05/6.25 with the problem of the hydraulic brake of the electric bike, hoping for professional help. Instead, they received a categorical answer: "the bike is not repairable," you need to change the components, and the wait will take "from three days." No options, no attempt at diagnosis.
For comparison, in another service, the master completed the same repair in 15 minutes. That is, either they don't know how to solve simple problems here, or they don't want to look for solutions, preferring to impose additional expenses and long waits.
If you value your time and money, look for specialists who really understand the business.

I handed over the bike for A super Package
Which includes washing the entire bike (which is what distinguishes it from the standard package). For some reason, the bike remained dirty. The pedal is turning hard, and no one has done any maintenance.(the administrator replied to this.: "We do not perform pedal maintenance, only replacement," I asked, "why didn't anyone tell me about the need for replacement?", in response, he shrugged and said that the master is on the weekend, come when he will.
