Prices may be slightly higher than competitors. They are delivered to order. But not every product. There is a discount for regular customers, it works even after a year. In principle, this is the only salon in Minsk of this size. And I think it's hard to come across a negative review of this store.

I went to music stores, picked up a guitar, the washburn brand was a priority. I found the right guitars in your sound. Everything seemed to start well, I immediately chose an electroacoustic guitar, considered a washburn guitar, a consultant (I don't know his name, red-haired, long hair) suggested that it was better to buy acoustics for home recording, okay. I was choosing between crafter and washburn acoustics, took time off from work, and came to listen. I told the consultant that I would come in the evening of the same day and buy one of them, but I was already sent to washburn. I'm coming in the evening to get a guitar. I say, let me compare the guitars again and buy one of them. There's a seller (I don't know his name, red-haired, long hair), he says, but there's only one, I sold washburn... My eyes are five kopecks each, I say, how did they sell? I told you I'd come over tonight and buy one of them. Why didn't you call me? their number was mine. He stands there smiling and talking nonsense. It was an ugly act on the part of the seller. I didn't apologize, nothing, I rode to them for three days, listened to guitars, and everything was empty. The store is good, the consultant let me down, and that's one star!

just a great store and a cool workshop! I applied for the tuning of the acoustics of court 880. Master Anatoly did everything quickly and accurately. He advised me on strings and told me about taking care of the guitar... The best store in the city. A lot of high-quality tools and accessories. They try to bring branded, not cheap Chinese. Most of the sellers, as far as I understand, both play themselves and are qualified to fine-tune the same guitars. Separately, I would like to mention Sergey Khoroshkevich, an employee of the "Sound", a competent professional, everything about classical stringed instruments is one of the best masters in the city.

Well done guys. Competent on many issues. They don't sell anything. I often buy consumables here. Plastics, porges, strings, frets, etc. A lot of things are available unlike other stores. So far, the only store where they gave me a chance to play and listen to guitars. In others, the guitars were shown and played by sellers and never given into my hands, I thought that these were like the rules, but no.

So, about the "best music store in Minsk". I bought an Oscar Schmidt ukulele through the online store.
Jamb 1 The model name on the package does not match the name on the instrument. On the package OU 2T-A, OU 2T on the instrument.
Jamb 2, respectively, the series numbers do not match.
Jamb 3 The color of the tool does not differ from the color in the description on the website
Jamb 4 The location of the marker marks on the neck is not the same as in the description
Jamb 5 Pegs are not the ones in the description
Jamb 6 The number of frets on the neck is more than in the description
First, I wrote to the store's chat to somehow understand why everything is so. But soon the chat disappeared - it is quite possible that an "experienced" employee simply blocked me.
Then he called - the same "experienced" employee promised to figure everything out and call back. Of course, I didn't do anything.
Total: if you are going to buy something online at the "best store", drop this idea. Make a purchase in another store - I think you won't find such a mess anywhere else

I ordered a Washburn Rover, the guitar arrived in a torn package (ordered with delivery), defects were found - gaps between the overlay and the fret, two frets began to climb out, the strings rattled and something else for small things. The store insisted that the tool was in good condition and would not do anything with it. I had to pay 30 rubles for the setup to a familiar master

Initially, I brought a guitar to replace the strings, but in the end they fixed several defects that made the strings rattle, oiled the neck, did a complete cleaning and polishing, and at the same time they did not charge me more money than was originally agreed!! Just thank you so much! :)
