Guys, thank you so much for giving a real holiday to your work colleagues on 11/01/2024. All the guests were very very, very satisfied. The administrator Victor is such a good fellow, and he helped to make the menu and is ready to help in any situation. The waiter Daria is attentive and polite, she kept the tables and the hall clean. The wonderful presenter Valentin, with understanding and respect, made the evening unforgettable and not repeatable for the guests, the repertoire was excellent, they danced heartily. I think my colleagues will never forget this evening.

The most terrible institution in the city, I'll start from the beginning, the tables were not set, we sat waiting for at least something to be brought, we waited 2 hours for hot, besides us there were 2 more companies and not small, the food was not delicious, as if they did it offhand, the fruit was not served, the second hot was generally taken out when the guests had already left, even the cake they cut an hour, the administrator (not a pleasant person) I promised everything, we'll do everything now, we'll bring it now, in fact, one word, the only thing I liked was the presenter, he's really super, everything else is terrible, it's better to choose an institution with a normal kitchen and staff, and not worry that people are hungry

A disgusting institution in which they do not know about the rules of providing services and maintenance. There is no way to pay by card.
We pre-ordered the event 2 months in advance, made an advance payment, ordered the menu 3 weeks in advance, because it was previously impossible due to the menu change. The order was for 2000 rubles, plus they said that they would additionally include the amount for our presenter, but they did not announce the amount, because it is not in the price list, they will come up with it and say so.2 weeks before the event, we received a call and were told that either we would pay another 1,000 rubles or another company would join us, also with its own presenter. The hall is shared. They did not explain to us how they imagined organizing 2 events with 2 different companies in the same hall.
The interior is in dark colors, at the entrance there is a decoration made of black fabric (it is clear that commemorations are more often done there)
I do not advise you to contact this institution if you do not want to spoil your holiday, as the eatery was, and remains.

The dish served did not match the description from the menu. I ordered half a chicken, and they brought pieces of chicken and skin of a rather mediocre preparation. At the same time, the prices are restaurant prices. All this caused irritation. There is no desire to return there.
