We stayed with a friend at this hotel for 2 nights, as we decided to save money due to the late arrival in Dubai, then moved to the Sofitel, of course, there is no point in comparing. But, we liked it here, firstly, we rented an apartment with an area of about 45 meters, if not more, 2 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. a kitchen, a living room and a balcony where we had a great time watching traffic on the roads and the subway. The room itself is bright, everything was necessary, especially suitable for families with children or parents. It is convenient that there is a parking lot, we parked the car without problems, we did not buy breakfast, so I can't say anything, we also did not go to Jim, and we were not in the pool. Of the minuses for me personally: there were no sparkling glasses, they asked to bring them, they carried them for a very long time and brought ordinary glasses) but these are small things) For this money, it's definitely good! and it is also convenient that there is even less metro station in exactly a minute's walk, although we did not use it, but still, this is a huge plus for a tourist.

Excellent value for money.
Queues in the elevator and for coffee in the morning are infuriating. Very cool view from the room, great location near the metro. Large room - 2 rooms with a balcony and a kitchen, and even an ironing room :)

I really liked the hotel. I want to note that the hotel is not new, there are slight scuffs, but you can close your eyes to this, the attitude, service, food - everything is excellent at the highest level.
Autumn is remembered for the pleasant smell of always fresh lilies and hyacinths in the lobby.

Nice hotel! We lived on the 29th floor in an apartment. It is a pity that there is no stove, only a microwave, kettle and refrigerator.
The breakfasts are standard - anyone can choose according to their taste! Very tasty juices.
There is a heated swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and a sauna.
Ideal location: metro, bus stop, close to tram stop. We liked everything!

Great! We had a rest with my husband and daughter. Two-room room with kitchen, balcony, panoramic window. Breakfast is a buffet, very varied.
There is a swimming pool, but we never reached it. There is a bus to the beach.
There is a metro station near the hotel.
The staff is very friendly, solves all issues calmly and quickly. Many are Russian-speaking.

A wonderful hotel from the restaurant to the gym. I lived on the 30th floor, the rooms were fresh, pleasant. A good choice of food for breakfast. The swimming pool and sauna are comfortable. The location is advantageous for Dubai, there is a metro nearby (save on a taxi, the price tag is high), the beach is also not very far away, there is a shuttle service.

I liked everything very much, the location suited me. The hotel has a gym, sauna, swimming pool. The food is delicious and there were no big queues. There are 4 elevators on one side and 4 on the other, more than enough. There is a shop nearby in case you need something. The rooms are cleaned every day, the air conditioner works as it should, the beds are large and comfortable, and in general the interior is decent.

We stayed at the hotel from 22.10 to 02.11. 2 meals a day. They expected more from the hotel, they chose between it and another hotel, but they do not provide a bed for a child there.
I'll start with the pros:
- the breakfasts are great. Yes, it's the same thing every day. But if you alternate, you won't get bored. Potatoes in different types. Every day potato pancakes are divine. Omelette. Omelet or fried eggs to order. Waffles, cheese sticks, pancakes, etc. Yoghurts are delicious, oatmeal porridge, don noodles, sausages, baked tomatoes, boiled eggs, cheeses, sausages. Fruits, pastries for tea. A lot of things. I took the standard porridge with pickled peaches. Coffee from the coffee machine.
- driver to the beach. Even if you didn't sign up, a family of 3-4 people came, he will put you down. Children on their knees, someone on the step. In general, a sincere uncle. Enters the position.
On the beach, a kind guy told us that the record is not only for tomorrow, but also for 3 days ahead. But they are silent.
- the beach. 3 times it was at first when we arrived, but on the next day we added the 4th.. There at 9, 10, 11 and 12-30. Back: at 12, 13, 14 and 15-30.
We changed the number without any problems, we tried.
- the view from the room is gorgeous
- the internet is good
- proximity to the metro, 1 minute just
Well, then the cons:
- location. It's not sad, but there's a problem with taxis. 2 times they tried to go to the beach in the evening at about 16-00. There are a lot of taxis, but they don't go to the beach, it's not interesting. The hotel is in the vicinity of business centers and correspondingly at this time workers by taxi.
- LUNCH. I WRITE IN BIG LETTERS. That's horrible. Like we came to another hotel. For 11 days, we had fun 1 time. Everything is sharp. Everything is in sauces. Seafood every day, but then in tomato sauce, then in cream, then spicy. The situation was saved by BRIE cheese and desserts. Tea is paid, only a bottle of water on the table. It would seem that a cup of tea is a pity?! You give bags to the room.
- cleaning. The better it is, the better it is. Once they even left a dirty rag on the nightstand. Only water was left, tea and towels were changed.
- the rooms are in need of repair. The plaster even fell. They were afraid it would fall on their heads at night.
- there is a balcony, but there are no chairs. We hung up our rope and bought paper clips. I washed the balcony, it was black.
- elevators are something. There are a lot of them - 10 pcs . We lived on the 37th floor. To get on the bus at 9 am, you need to get off at 8-45. You can wait 6-7 minutes, then it will be full on each floor to stop.
- the room was given 1 liter of water a day, regardless of 4 people or 1. And the taste is so-so.
- it takes 20 minutes to go to the beach, although the same Kite Beach, there is a closer point.
- well, the cherry on the cake is LUNCH BOX. There was an early check-out, they asked for breakfast by 6 am in advance. Of course they didn't do it, they waited 10 minutes and gave us: 3 bags of rolls and bread, 4 boiled eggs, jam, juice and apples. No cheese, no sausage, no sausages, no waffles or anything decent. We had breakfast at the MCD at the airport.
- there is no place to eat nearby, we went to Mall emirates every day.
- some workers rode on a cart all day past the elevator, or washed or repaired something. So when they're down, you don't have a view but a winch rope, plus you're standing in a bathrobe and they're driving and watching....
In general, a resume. We're not going there anymore. We were in 3 Dubai and it was better. Fall for the rating and 4 *.
Special thanks to the tour operator Coral. The hotel was given an Ind Mercedes transfer at least, although it was a group. Back, so de was an individual transfer.

Excellent apartment hotel. We lived there in November 2022. To the free beach 20 minutes on foot, to the metro 5 minutes. There is a supermarket and a bunch of cafes within a 10-minute walk. There is a good selection of ready-made food in the nearest store. The room itself was large and comfortable. The view from the 30th floor is an oriental fairy tale!!! Of course, not without flaws, such as balcony doors on latches and the smell of sewage in the kitchen (I had to win on my own), but otherwise I liked everything.

Of the minuses: The hotel is located in the area of office buildings and major highways, there is nowhere to walk, there is half an hour to walk to the sea, it's scary to walk around the hotel in the evening, there are no people, only huge skyscrapers around you and cars...The hotel itself is shabby, the room looks good, but on closer examination, the following disadvantages were found: windows do not open from the word at all, there is nowhere to dry wet clothes and towels, it's cold in the room, the air conditioner works only for cold, hot water starts pouring from the tap five minutes after switching on (we had the 27th floor maybe because of this?!), the sun is only in the pool until 12 o'clock, then it goes behind the hotel, it gets cold and dark, in the pool area, too, everything is not the first freshness.
Among the advantages: good varied breakfasts, beautiful views from the windows of both the room and the restaurant, a beautiful view of the city and the bay by the pool, pleasant not cold water in the pool, the hotel is 41st floor, but the elevators go fast and there are no queues for elevators, the room is cleaned every day, while they do not take tips (left for the maid, but she didn't take it), they give water to the room every day, in general, the room situation is normal, we had two rooms, a kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, kettle... also, at our request, we were given an iron for the entire rest period. The view from the room window on the city is beautiful. Near the metro.
We also had an unforeseen situation, I do not know who is to blame for it - the hotel or the tour operator, but when we arrived, they did not want to check us in, saying that the tour operator did not pay for our stay, and they began to demand a deposit of $ 1,000 for check-in until we deal with the tour operator. We arrived at night and naturally we didn't get through to the tour operator, it's good that our daughter was here with her boyfriend, they helped negotiate a deposit of $ 500 instead of $ 1000 (since we need to speak English, which I personally don't really have), so that we were settled, and then my daughter's boyfriend is all the next day I handled the situation with the tour operator (Anex tour), who blamed everything on the hotel, they say, the tour operator transferred all the money for us, this hotel messed up something... as a result, I did not understand why this happened, but no one even apologized to us, neither the hotel nor the tour operator, well, at least $ 500 was returned...
Summing up all of the above, I want to say that I do not recommend this hotel and I would not go here a second time.

Highly recommend it. I went in May - 95 thousand left Moscow for a full tour for 10 days .
1. The location is great - less than a minute to the metro (it's important when it's +40 outside), the city center, close to beaches, marina, palm, 2 metro stops to the Mall of Emirates
2. There is a Russian-speaking staff - special thanks to the nice girl at the reception, she solved many of my problems, including giving an adapter for our sockets. All the staff I talked to were exceptionally friendly. The shower in the room broke - I called, after 5 minutes they came and fixed it without questions.
3. The hotel itself is a little tired, but the rooms are spacious - I had 70 squares, with a balcony, with a kitchen (there is no stove, but there is a refrigerator, microwave, appliances, kettle), with a closet for a suitcase, a spacious bathroom. Matches the photo completely
4. A good varied menu, but it practically did not change, it got boring in 10 days. But there was plenty of food, you won't stay hungry, there was beef, chicken, lamb, seafood. Seafood is huge and delicious, lamb and beef for an amateur, chicken is delicious; lots of desserts, delicious; only pineapples, watermelon, melon from fruits; there are no drinks for dinner, but they give a liter of water; breakfasts have never changed, I recommend scramble and chicken sausages, very tasty;
5. The pool on the shady side is just a gift for the infernal heat, it warms up to fresh milk by lunch, I highly recommend it to all girls who love warm water. Cocktails are available at the bar/juices on account of the deposit, on average about 500-600 rubles, are very tasty! Be sure to try it. The bartender is very kind, knows a little Russian. 7. There is a transfer to the beach for 2 or 3 hours, you need to make an appointment in advance, but I never went, because in May even 5 minutes under the sun is hell. You just can't stand it for a few hours.
8. There is Wi-Fi, excellent speed, you can safely watch movies / TV series.
9. They are cleaned perfectly. They didn't steal the money-I kept everything in the safe.
In general, I recommend it, I think I'll come back here again.

The most honest review.
Pros and cons in one place.
The rest was in January - and the main disadvantage of the hotel is the inability to sunbathe and swim in the pool. At 10 am, the sun sets behind the building and there is nothing to do by the pool - this is a huge minus- you will not be able to tan!
The second disadvantage is the beach, which carries the transfer of the hotel- on the beach eternal wind: swimming and sunbathing (in January) will not work!
Otherwise, the hotel has solid advantages!
1. Room on the 37th floor, 70 sq m, self-catering
2. Breakfast. No matter what anyone says, but the breakfasts are excellent!
3. The location is very good. Marina Beach (ideal for sunbathing and swimming in January) is a metro stop away, Burj Khalifa is 15 minutes by metro. The metro is 5 minutes away.
4. It takes 30 minutes to walk to the "wild beach" - there is no heat in January, it is comfortable to walk, but on the beach it is windy - you will not be able to sunbathe and swim.
From the general: Dubai is not for hiking. It takes a long time to go to the store across the street, only crossing the road takes 7 minutes. And if it seems that there is nothing to go / in fact, it is unrealistic. There is no heat in January - it's good to go, in season, it's unrealistic, you'll die before you get there. Well, on the beaches, all for money, a sunbed for two 2800, did not take a sunbed, burned down in a second.
