This Thierry has wonderful staff, beautiful interior, delicious bread, baguette, croissants with fish. That's where the advantages end. There are no cakes, the taste is not interesting, I tried the whole menu. Sometimes eclairs and milfey cake are made more or less worthily. Mousse cakes and pastries only look beautiful, taste like slag, it's better not to make them at all or send staff for training. In other cafes, mousse products are much tastier. Not only is there no question of a price-quality ratio, but in principle there is no question of quality here.

Thierry on Mile Street in Novaya Borovaya. Very tasty desserts and very poor service. You stop by for a cup of coffee or tea with a pie, you stand in line for 10 minutes and when your turn comes at 21-05, they tell you - and an hour before closing, we serve only takeaway. It's like you didn't come in for 15-20 minutes, but you want to make an order of 3 full-fledged dishes and stay for 40 minutes. The girl at the checkout with such long nails, which clearly prevent her from serving customers quickly (I don't know what the sanitary services think about this). I have not seen such an approach to clients in Minsk yet.

The worst service in the whole New Borovaya. We came to breakfast with a child, we ask if there are high chairs, they say no. We go around the corner - there is a high chair. They justified themselves by saying that they have been working recently. When we arrived, there were few people, but almost all the empty tables were not cleaned (I will add a photo). We had breakfast for about 20-30 minutes, but the tables were still not cleared. Well, about the very slow service (despite the fact that there are 3+ people on shift) with dissatisfied faces, they have already written here many times.

We constantly go to this place with a girl, today we faced the following unpleasant moment: after making an order, I politely asked to mark a croissant because it was aesthetically ugly, but that I received a boorish answer from my colleague Polina: "Man, we don't have to choose a croissant for you." Please, the management should check the attitude of employees towards customers, and explain to them that they are obliged to choose the product that the buyer wants both by law and in relation to the institution to the buyer... Honestly, I am very disappointed with both the girl's attitude and her tone . Below the photo, I hope the management will have a conversation with the staff. Is this a Coffee Shop service of this level? Is there any out of the box? Moreover, there were clean plates in piles , I understand , if it were not , this attitude would be very unpleasant. This is the first time I've come across this . The tables are dirty, there are crumbs on the sofas, the floor near some tables is strewn with crumbs, I walked around the hall 2 times to choose a cleaner table. Moreover, there were few visitors and maintaining cleanliness was not such a problem .I have now read the reviews of other visitors, I see that many are dissatisfied with the service, I concluded that I was with my family in this particular cafe for the first and last time !!!
