It's the same with the hum. They referred to the rubber and climbed for half an hour. I came twice pointing out that it was the bearing that was buzzing from my experience, I just asked to determine the side. They convinced me that the hub bearing was ideal. I spat and went to the officials - they sentenced the bearing in a couple of minutes and replaced it. The hum was gone. So sometimes diagnosing problems for them is just money thrown away and time lost. Spare parts are also advised only what is beneficial to them. If you say that the guys on the forum recommend Chinese pads for your car, for example, they will convince you otherwise and offer 4 times more expensive and only them. The joke is that after them I began to change the pads myself to Chinese ones from the forum, and they turned out to be perfect. So by, alas. Those are not the times anymore. It's a pity that Arthur is not there, who once worked like a god there and could be trusted with any car.

I just had to go buy it myself. They changed it. And again, misunderstandings - there was a strong vibration. I took off the wheel and...! The anther from the tripoid is torn off on the half-axis, one of the three bearings is missing. Subsequently, I found it lying on the stretcher at the bottom. Well, obviously they didn't fix the half-axis when they disassembled the suspension. She slipped under her weight (a torn duster is a witness). I'm back to them... But they refused to repair me, saying that I "disassembled it myself, broke it.".. No matter how much I complained, I was politely sent... A lawyer friend said, take it for examination, collect the papers... They will also pay you moral damages. I just thought, who will compensate me for the lost nerves and time. So I'm driving around this office for a kilometer now. It was six months ago, but the "delight" remained for life. Now I won't even trust them with a bike.

After changing the oil, I have to turn to an expert examination and another service to check the work done (I will add a review).
Oil change on 12/24/2022 I gave the master a filter, oil, and an aluminum ring. After paying for the work, the master said to the question "give me the old ring (for control)" that it was not there. I was a regular customer and changed the oil only there, the ring can't disappear from the car!
Claim:
- if the new master is not cheating, it means that the last time in this service they did very badly, lost the ring and hid the problem.
- or the new master cheated, and simply lost the old ring and did not confess, blaming the previous one.
- or the new master also did it wrong and just put a new ring on the bolt without noticing or removing the old one.
- in any case, if a problem was detected when draining the oil - no ring /lost, the master was obliged to notify the client and call, and not hide the problem. The manager said, "well, if the oil didn't drip, then there are no complaints"
