We had a rest at Alice's guest house in June. An excellent guest house. Affordable room rates. There are many rooms for different numbers of guests. Toilet, shower, TV and air conditioning in the room. There is a large communal kitchen with everything you need. A beautiful, enclosed area with lots of vegetation, gazebos, swings, hammocks, a barbecue area and, importantly, without mosquitoes and midges. The sea is 3 minutes away at a calm pace. A great beach with rental of sun loungers and beach umbrellas and the clearest sea. The first store is right behind the gate, which has everything. Chain stores and a market are a 10-minute walk away. There are two good cafes with reasonable prices within 2 minutes. Also, the Sukhum - Psou highway is 3 minutes away, you can go anywhere without any problems. And the most important thing. Friendly, good-natured and helpful hosts of the guest house. People of the broadest soul. They were accepted as relatives. Thank you so much for our wonderful vacation. We fell in love with this place. We will definitely come again.
