The clinic's customer orientation is at a very low level.
I called to make an appointment in early April. They said that there are no windows until June. OK, I understand. She asked me to put me on the waiting list in case a window appeared. She additionally asked when the appointment for June would open, and the administrator replied that it was May 2. She added that in any case, people on the waiting list were being called and offered an appointment for the next month.
I call myself on May 2, they tell me that there is no record for June already) and no one thought about the people on the waiting list who have been waiting for months for an entry. Maybe they need to offer a record first? Moreover, I was counting on it, because they promised to call me.

I treated the child's teeth with Dr. Ostapenko. An excellent specialist. Without threats, without scandals, with purely calm persuasion, my harmful seven-year-old managed to heal a bunch of teeth in a few receptions. The clinic has a generally pleasant atmosphere, a polite receptionist, toilets furnished with patient care. We will treat teeth only here.
