Great place! We lived on the third floor of this house, which offers a beautiful view not only of the mountains, but also of the sea! I liked the attitude towards the guests the most, thank you very much to the administrator Svetlana for the warm welcome, she paid attention and took care throughout the rest! In honor of the birthday, they even made a compliment in the form of a bottle of wine!
The house is always clean, floors, steps, tables, bed linen, they monitor it 24/7.
We were surprised by the negative reviews here, walked around half of Abkhazia, saw different "bedbugs", this place definitely does not belong to such, apparently the reviews are inflated by competitors🙈
So we definitely recommend it.👍🏻

We have been vacationing with Ilona for 8 years , 30 meters from the sea, in the city center, most importantly, she respects and appreciates her guests, takes care of us, everything is clean and cozy , the rooms are clean and comfortable , and most importantly, they welcome us from the heart

We had a rest in June at Ilona's. The sea is 2 minutes away. The hostess is friendly and attentive. Many thanks to the administrator Svetlana. Surrounded with care. I met her, treated her, arranged everything, told her everything. The rooms are clean. There is a kitchen with everything you need. We will come again next year.
