A wonderful house and cottages on a modernly equipped territory. Very cozy and beautiful! Housing prices are inexpensive, given all the conditions. The hostess is a friendly and helpful woman. Summer kitchen, gazebo and orchard, large parking and lots of flowers. The availability of water, when not all the owners of other guest houses had it, for the duration of the shutdown. But alas, we found such moments for the whole vacation. It's a pity that we didn't get to her right away, but only for the remaining days of the vacation. If we went there again, it would be to her place right away. I recommend it! She helped us out a lot twice. Because unfortunately, many owners are merchants and they are not interested in anything but money. We were so thrown out of the Guest house at Gayane. I don't recommend contacting them. Moving across the border of "hospitable" Abkhazia, we learned that we were left without housing. They don't care where you are or what's with you, the main thing is money. And the concepts of contract and prepayment are empty words for them. Come to Inga. You will not be abandoned here and will be satisfied at the highest level. Even her husband, who is not a fan of tramping to the sea, appreciated Inga's house. Thank you for a nice vacation!
If you are interested in a quiet and peaceful holiday, you are welcome here.
Positive:
Proximity to the sea (5 minutes on foot). There are few vacationers on the beach (but it still depends on the season).
There is a grocery store nearby, several good cafes (the food is delicious and a lot). There are hydrogen sulfide springs within walking distance from the place of residence, and just beautiful places.
If you are by car (there is a parking lot in the courtyard), then in general all the sights are close by. The hostess is responsive and pays enough attention to vacationers, while not intrusive.
Cons:
The entire "rental complex" requires major repairs. Especially the summer kitchen. There is only one boiler for heating water for all houses - this is not enough. There are few refrigerators for all the guests. The noise insulation of the houses is very mediocre.
In the house that I was in, the disadvantages are as follows:
The door to the toilet would not close (like a trifle) if not for one thing, but ... the sink without a siphon! The smell from the septic tank flows directly into your room. The air conditioner cannot cope in the heat (it may require refueling). A shower, some kind of basin under your feet, which is about to leave with you.
For information:
The road to the sea through a busy highway (without crossing) and railway tracks. Considering how the local population drives, it's still a challenge to move on.
And that:
The sea is like the sea, the place is like the place, people are like people. Hiding from city life is the best thing! There is something to strive for in the direction of improvement. But apparently, when I was there, the championship of Abkhazia among men in "doing nothing" had its own way of life, its own rules. I think it's better to pay extra and live in more comfortable conditions.
Inga is a kind, helpful, hospitable hostess. The houses are very comfortable, most of the time they are in the shade. There is a refrigerator, air conditioning, bathroom, shower in the house. The yard is clean, well-maintained, designed for a large number of people. There is a summer kitchen. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea. There is a wonderful sharpey, affectionate Bonya. We are very glad that we got to Inga. Now we will only stay with her!!!
