Positive: 1) there is a sauna 2) there is a swimming pool 3) there is a children's trampoline 4) There is an outdoor kitchen 5) there is a gazebo surrounded by bamboo 6) There is high-speed wired internet (100 Mbps), decent wifi 7) and also a kind and very smart dog Fox Cons: for me there are none, but it can be noted that it is comfortable to get to the beach by car 10-15 minutes, on foot about 40 minutes. A very wonderful place , it's gorgeous with children, a swimming pool , a mowed large lawn, a sauna with a steam room , a swing in a shady bamboo and a gorgeous gazebo under a bamboo crown I really liked. On-site parking - no worries about the car. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, toilet, shower, WiFi, TV. We rented a five-bed room, the mattresses are new -spring mattresses, bed linen, towels are all clean. The kitchen is a gazebo under a large canopy, there are car seats-even if you play a wedding, dishes, stove, washing machine , refrigerator are all available, we fried shish kebab in the barbecue, treated ourselves to homemade wine!!! Another important plus is that this place is away from the hustle and bustle of the city and music 🔥☝️ Slept until lunch☺️sleep great🔥 Oasis in general🔥🔥I am very grateful to Nikolai Ivanovich , the host , a sincere person , for his hospitality . I definitely recommend it .
