I signed up for a hub replacement due to an ABS error in this miracle service in July 2024. I bought a spare part in a store, brought it to the place with the car on the appointed day. After removing the old hub, the master began to put it on, but at the same time, having slightly baited the nut, he began to clamp it with a pistol, from which it did not follow the thread (which turned out later). After that, the master noticed that the hub was backlash and began to press further, after which he turned the half-axis on which the hub stands and which is rolled into the suspension lever. Why did they come up to me and say that I should buy a new lever and that supposedly the half-axle was already like this and most likely because of this there was a mistake, while they said that the hub was defective and I had to go to the store to change the part. Having welded the half-axis to the lever for removing the hub, it did not work out because the nut came off the thread and it was no longer possible to unscrew it. Having done nothing with the new part, the master put everything back together, rolled the car out onto the street and told them to order the parts. When I brought a new lever with a hub, they told me that the master was on the weekend and signed me up the next day at 10 a.m. The car was ready by the evening (although it is not clear why it took so long and why when I called the service station to ask when my car would be made, I was answered "wait, the master is currently making another car", although my car was the first in the queue). The adventures don't end there. When I came to pick up the car, it was the second time (the first time was on the very first day) I agreed with the administrator about the defective part that it needs to be dismantled from the old lever with the axle and taken to the store and that this requires documents from the service station (work order, defect certificate and a copy of the license), to which I was told that I need to arrive the next day and the part will be dismantled and documents will be made. The next day, when I arrived at the service, I was told that they did not have time and needed to arrive tomorrow. Arriving the next day, I heard the same answer and arriving for the 3rd time and hearing the same answer again, I began to arise, to which I was told that today is Sunday and no one can do the documents. They asked me to come back the next day. Arriving the next day, the owner of the service station came up to me, asked what happened and when I explained the whole situation to him, he said that it was I who told him to clamp this hub and what I want now. I said that this did not happen and I was not in boxing at all at that moment, and after that he asked me to come tomorrow, to which I started to arise again and said that I would not come and I need documents now. After that, the owner of the service station asked me to give him a technical passport. While I was getting into the car, the owner came up to me, asked how much the hub cost, gave me the money and told me not to come to their service anymore and not to see me there anymore. At the same time, the owner gave me money only for the hub, which they had incorrectly installed, although they had to reimburse the money for the hub and lever. They also took money for all repairs, including replacing the lever, although I didn't have to pay, but they made it look like it wasn't their fault. Very poor service. Incompetent craftsmen, piggish attitude towards customers. If you wanted to come here for repairs, it's better to drive past.
