I came with the children, having made an appointment in advance and found out that the payment is only for an adult. A girl met on the territory and asked for a fee for everyone, including children, until she found out that I already knew that payment was only for an adult, I probably wanted to put it in my pocket. It's not about 5 rubles, we came from Moscow and for me it's pennies. They came with apples and carrots, the apples were rotten, which could be cut and fed, I asked the girl IF such apples were possible, to which she replied "yes, of course!" (the photo shows what I give)
A week later I dismantled 5 boxes of apples in the basement and chose the best ones from the completely rotten ones, especially to bring the horses, they did not work, I left 2 packages at the door. The next day, they post on Instagram that "you don't need to bring this" instead of "thank you, but these don't quite fit," I get a sneer in response. DESPITE THE FACT THAT THERE ARE EXCELLENT APPLES THERE!
The horses are afraid of the electric fence and do not come close, they twitch, the children do not really stroke them. In general, it seems that these are extremely unpleasant guys, mercantile and arrogant. Customer orientation still needs to be learned.

I came to the so-called school for individual lessons. 35 rubles per hour. I was satisfied and I will not write the real state of affairs now.
The hypocrisy of the club struck me afterwards!
I shared my good impressions of the place with my family and friends. But hastily.
The sister came and brought apples to the horses, which began to rot and asked if their horses could? It was answered that it was possible. And there is even a photo proof. Two weeks later, the club posts photos of apples and says that this is not a treat for horses! What a low act.
I wrote to them, it was interesting to clarify. I got nasty things in response! I quote, "we didn't like you right away!". Allegedly , some classmates were saying something about me there .
In general, I am shocked by the hypocrisy, rudeness and greed (prices are being cut on the go) of the club's people. I highly recommend not to visit.
