The 43,000 AMD bag lasted 10 minutes. During a walk, the metal element that is attached to the material of the bag "slipped" and there is no longer an opportunity to carry it. I contacted the store immediately. The purchase was made 6 days ago from the date of the request. There were no signs of using the bag (dirt, scratches, cut-off care instructions, etc.). The receipt and all cardboard tags (not sewn in, but which were on a string) are saved. The first thing they said in the store: "this is not a marriage and look for a master who will fix it." Not a marriage, since 6 days ago when you bought everything was fine, we are not responsible after the purchase. They refused to carry out an examination. They refused to exchange the goods or refund the money. I do not recommend buying products in this store.
