It's a nice place, quiet, the birds are singing. The sea is nearby, you want a wild beach with a minimum of people, you want a well-equipped beach of a boarding house. The beach is sandy and pebbly. The guest houses all have separate entrances, there is a shared kitchen on the street under a canopy, with everything you need. Next to the Boxwood Grove boarding house, with a large, beautiful, well-groomed territory, you can walk, no one will drive you away. The hosts are friendly, they were accepted as relatives, a very pleasant married couple. Nearby there is a dining room and an Apache restaurant, with very tasty national cuisine. There are also shops and a pharmacy within walking distance.

I do not agree with the above written reviews. 1. It is unclear why Valentina's name is called, the owner is Ramiz and his wife Victoria, perhaps there was or was another hostess before that. 2. The rooms are clean and that's where all the advantages end, the hinges on the doors creak terribly in all rooms without exception, the doors to the toilet are not locked, the sound insulation is almost zero, there are no mosquito nets on the windows, the sashes on the windows are defective. 3. The owner is still that fruit, if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday, it is unlikely that you will find him here, constant drinking with the guests and his friends, and of course loud music, and if you are lucky like us, you will wake up at three o'clock in the morning from volleys of fireworks. 4. In order to have breakfast in the morning, you will have to clean the table yourself after the stormy feasts of the host. 5. The kitchen also leaves much to be desired, there is a constantly smelly garbage bag in the corner and it's all in the work area, since in Abkhazia there are constant power outages, you can only warm tea water in a saucepan. 6 as for the beach: for some unknown reason, there is a cemetery on the first coastline, and everything is covered with cows. This is such a heavenly place. And in conclusion: Ramiz is not enthusiastic about his fellow villagers either, as it turned out. Although, as they say, the taste and color.
