A) average reasonable prices
B) the quality of the dishes is excellent. Vereshchaka , the languishing hearts are super. It is recommended.
C) the tinctures are super. Especially horseradish

I ordered a dish that actually consisted of two main elements: potatoes, mushrooms. I'm attaching a photo, but the reality looks very appetizing! But the mushrooms were bitter, so it was impossible to eat the dish. Apparently they overdid it with garlic sauce or something. The hodgepodge seems to be normal in filling, but the taste is not particularly saturated, I liked the hodgepodge much more in Cornflowers.

We've been waiting for the order for a long time. Rabbit soup was brought: the meat was tough (how could you spoil such tender meat?!), the broth was clearly over-salted, and the soup itself was at the level of a cheap canteen. The pancakes that we ordered were also not pleased, they had a taste of obviously not fresh oil on which they were fried, which had not been changed for a long time, it was simply impossible to eat them! And the pancakes themselves were not tasty. There are passable foods that you can eat just to fill your stomach, but these pancakes, despite the intense hunger, I could not eat. We also ordered a pork steak, it was brought burnt, you can see the photo. The meat itself was not bad, it tasted fresh, but the steak was so thick that, apparently, they accidentally burned it in an attempt to fry it completely. Well, plus, all the food was in a huge amount of oil.

Unfortunately, no advantages were found. On Saturday, 17.08 in the evening, they called, clarified whether there were available seats - they confirmed their availability to us. Upon arrival, they first loitered on the veranda, then in the hall - completely ignored by the staff. Then, after all, they paid attention to us and offered to take a table, while they informed us that the waiting time for dishes was from 50 minutes! When asked if it was difficult to report this on the phone when I booked a table, they looked at me with a meaningless look.

I don't understand the rave reviews, the feeling that all true reviews are being deleted. I'll start with the service. When I asked not to add onions when cooking the dish, since I am allergic, the waiter replied: "Well, I don't know, if the kitchen has a lot of orders, they may forget." "How great," I thought. We waited for the order for more than half an hour, as a rule, a long cooking time is discussed by the waiter when ordering. Well, all right. Additionally, they ordered black bread, brought gray and obviously from the refrigerator. It's generally delicious, but the meat is a bit harsh. They asked to add hot spices, and as a result they turned out to be spicy. The morse was brought without straws, in addition, a glass as from the USSR, which is most likely a reality. Prices are relatively high compared to competitors .The waiter stirred only towards the end of the meal, apparently in order to accurately see his "earned" tips.
I strongly do not recommend "Yankee's", it will spoil the impression of Minsk.

The price does not correspond to the quality of the dishes at all. The room is very dark, it is uncomfortable to eat in such an environment, even when choosing items from the menu, you have to look at the menu.
It is worth taking a more responsible attitude to the choice of personnel. In general, the staff is pleasant, but apparently we came across a waiter who was not quite likeable, who did not dictate our order to us, just listened, asked "Is that all?" and left.

We decided to go to this cafe because of the good reviews and the national cuisine, but we were disappointed. There seem to be a lot of dishes on the menu, but there seems to be nothing to choose.A salad with such "dangerous combinations", then a sauce consisting of ketchup and mayonnaise, then a salad mixture of olivier with beans and some kind of creamy sauce, in general, we decided not to take risks, but to order national cuisine.I must say the dishes are unrealistically large, it is not very clear why, since the kitchen is very calorie-dense and in the end we did not finish all our dishes.The chef is clearly not agonizing over this issue. And then everything went strangely, at first we were told that there was no ice in their establishment, which is strange, since they have drinks and alcohol. As a result, we drank warm wine (27gr of heat outside), but they corrected themselves))), they brought us a cold hodgepodge, which had to be returned for heating. After ordering, bread was immediately brought to us and soups 20 minutes later, it is not clear why we need bread while there is no food. As for the second courses, both draniki and sorcerers smell of secondary oil and are very greasy.There were bitter mushrooms in the fried potatoes with mushrooms, we are very glad that they were not poisoned.In general, I do not recommend this institution, there are a lot of decent places in Minsk.
