We rested here in June 2022. 2 adults, 2 children. We rented the second floor of a separate house, the entrance from the street stairs. On the floor: 2 bedrooms, a summer kitchen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (toilet, sink, shower),TV, 2 single beds (they can be moved), cabinets, wardrobe. On the 1st floor there is a large shared kitchen for guests, a washing machine and a toilet. On the territory there is a gazebo, a swing, a barbecue area, Parking for 1 car and a beautiful master house with columns (rooms are also rented there). And of course the fluffy guard Rick, a kind dog, the children enjoyed playing with him. In general, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Near the house there are various shops, a good dining room, 10 minutes to the sea at a calm pace.
The owners themselves are wonderful people! We are glad that we met and became friends with them))) Thank you, dear Zaur and Jeanne for your cordiality and hospitality! We were very happy with our vacation! Abkhazia is a wonderful country with sincere people.

We were very lucky to get to know the incredible, wonderful Uncle Zaur!
Many thanks for the warm, responsive, sincere hospitality. The feeling that they came to visit their own close relative)) From the very beginning of the trip, we kept in touch, met at the train station, brought, settled, invited to the table, surrounded each guest with care and attention all the days of their stay, felt at home.We lived in a separate room with a private bathroom and a shared balcony and kitchen.Everything is clean, neat and cozy, everything you need is available (washing machine, kitchen,accessories).
In the evening, a friendly atmosphere of joint meals with the guests of the house (if desired), at night peace and quiet.All shops,canteens are within walking distance, to the beach of MVO is an honest 15 min flat road.I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!! Such an attitude is very rare!

Zaur himself is very kind, sociable, the children liked it very much for 18 days. Beautiful antique interior, large kitchen, there is a toilet in the house on the second floor and there is a toilet on the street. There is a kind dog that only barks at locals and does not bite tourists. The dog's name is Rick and loves children.

It was the most luxurious vacation in Sukhumi. A beautiful, tidy house with a hospitable host. Shops, cafes and the sea are within walking distance. This is the second time we have rested here. I recommend it!
