The only advantage of the hotel is probably its location :) On the picturesque Nerudova Street, just a stone's throw from Prague Castle and Charles Bridge.
For fans of a Small Country, that's what you need :)
The building itself is atmospheric! Many rooms overlook the courtyard, and the gates facing the street close after 22:00. The guests have a key to these gates and opening them on their own, and then climbing the narrow stairs to the room, gives a certain mystery that is so inherent in Prague :) But this is again for amateurs :)
Of the cons. Due to the fact that the building is very old, the rooms are damp. And the rooms themselves are not very large... Although there is a kitchenette, which is sometimes not bad.
The breakfasts are not the best. But this is an excuse to have breakfast in one of the many Prague cafes :)
By the way, just a stone's throw from the hotel there is a very atmospheric restaurant "At the King of Brabant"...

Good afternoon, we had a rest in early November of this year, the three of us. Two-room apartment. The room is nice, it's all steeped in antiquity, but it doesn't bother. The excellent location of the hotel, a good breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. I especially liked the trick-the key to the front door from the street, or rather even the entrance gate.I recommend everyone to visit and stay!!!!

Only the location pleases. The owner is a Russophobe. With the permission of the staff, they took a piece of bread (to feed the swans) so he attacked with moralizing. The hotel is old, the toilet smells. The kitchen is good for the money. The included breakfasts are simply nothing, compared to any other country in the world where I have vacationed.

There is no proper food , the rooms are not refreshing ! But all the sights are nearby and this is the only plus

I didn't like everything from the staff to the food. It's dirty, tasteless and cold. I don't recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of good budget hotels nearby.
