They took advantage of the fact that because of COVID they could not enter Lithuania, they filed a lawsuit about which I knew nothing. They collected the money.
It's April 2021 and we're filing a lawsuit against them.

They probably don't have accounting since 2019. There is an employee who is unable to make an annual balance sheet. Everyone loses their documents. Communication is like a clean slate when a new employee arrives, as if they are being burned. They were serviced until 2020.
As for the residence permit, citizenship ... it is better to get an alternative opinion on whether your action plan has any perspective at all or whether it is a beautiful fairy tale for fools.
The company periodically has debts to the social fund. I don't know if it's because there's no money to pay or because the accountant can't figure out how much to pay.
