I actually want to say about the shopping malls:
- the street malls are chaotically located;
- there is no cleanliness, no cleaning is done;
- this is not a market, but some kind of spontaneous bazaar. There is no aesthetic beauty of buildings, trade pavilions, Duisenbayev Street.
- spontaneous self-building of canopies and other products;
- trees and shrubs are not trimmed and well maintained;
- poor advertising-signage
In a word, the mayor of the city and his assistants responsible for urban planning did not set foot there
