The last 2 times, the car wash incorrectly determined the dimensions of the car, as a result, the rear remained completely unwashed: the bracket was at a distance of more than 1.5 m when passing from behind, the jet did not reach the car.
The first time, I attributed it to a temporary glitch and didn't bother to figure it out. The second time, he asked for something to be done about it. During the washing, the problem was not solved in any way, and after that they refused to compensate for the poorly rendered service with the wording "it's programmed this way, the car is washed", offering only a complaint book.

The quality of the sink, as in all sinks of this type, is not ideal. But in 12 minutes and 25 minutes (the most expensive car wash), you will be able to remove the main dirt from the body and bottom. In general, if time is your priority, then this place is quite suitable.

For a premium car wash, for 25 rubles and 12 minutes of your time, you will get almost no "double blowing" that all the drops will remain on the glass. Dirty door sills, trunk, remaining dust on the car.
Moreover, the terminal does not accept foreign cards!!!

The country should know its "heroes", so below is the most honest and unbiased review of the updated automatic car wash at the United Company gas station. 04/16/2023 arrived at this car wash and was surprised that it was completely modernized, including the price list. At the time of the visit, the Standard car wash cost 20 BYN. It should be noted that for this money you can wash the car in a classic car wash and cleaning the mats will be included in the price. So, now you do not need to get out of the car during the car wash, and to pay for the car wash you do not need to go to the gas station checkout - everything is done through the terminal before entering the car wash. Comfortable. The sink itself looks fascinating from the inside. The car wash is now really contactless and no brushes come into contact with the car. Drying, as before the modernization of the sink with the letter "X", and do not think that it is good. After washing up, I drove away literally 1 km from the car wash on business, parked and, getting out of the car, was amazed: the WHOLE car was covered in white plaque. And on a black car, it looks just disgusting, as if it hadn't washed. I decided not to ignore this incident and returned to the car wash. The gas station operator listened and even went out to look at the car, then tried to contact the management in order to somehow resolve the issue of poorly provided service. To which, according to him, the management replied that they wash their black cars themselves at this car wash and everything suits them (!!). Like, if I had immediately made a claim as soon as I left the car wash, that's one thing, but God only knows where I got dirty in an hour. Well, it's nonsense, especially considering that now you don't need to get out of the car during the washing. In general, the result: for 20 rubles, a pseudo-modernized car wash received minus 3 regular customers, and your reputation, gentlemen, the owners of this car wash, is not worth a damn. I recommend everyone to avoid this place with the "Belarusian service", so as not to spoil their mood and not to encourage such short-sighted and arrogant entrepreneurs with a ruble.
