Good afternoon! Unfortunately, I want to share my negative experience of working with this organization. I have been living abroad for almost 2 years (Ireland), in October 2017 I was in Kiev for a month, a friend gave me an Individual Business Etiquette course in the Capital as a birthday gift, paid 2,400 UAH. The first lesson was assigned to me almost 2 weeks after registration, and not for 3 days, and these despite the fact that I explained that in Ukraine only for 1 month. So, the first lesson was a disaster, the teacher read the material from the computer screen, and when I asked to explain in more detail, she said that I needed to pay another 1,000 UAH, the lesson ended 45 minutes earlier than promised. After that, I called the center and asked for a refund (the contract stipulates that if the quality of the service does not suit you, you have the right to refuse the services and get the money back). The administrator replied that they would not refund the money, the maximum that they could replace the teacher.... At my urgent requests, I had to go to the administrator, as countless phone calls did not give any result, I was told that I could write a written request for a refund, but the money would still not be returned, but a service would be offered..... There in the reception I met a girl who had already written several letters that she does not want the services of this center, but wants to get her money back, since the center asks everyone for 100% prepayment. The girl paid for private lessons in Spanish. After talking to her, I realized that either I can leave and give up my money, or get the next teacher. And yes, the center immediately offers to sue them, in my case, knowing that I'm leaving and I definitely won't do it. The next teacher was no better, she constantly complained that the center did not pay her money, offered to meet not in the office (of course it is difficult to even call it an office, ultimately, since the center assigns you meetings with a teacher in the murdered Soviet buildings .....), but in the park on a bench, after 2 sessions, which lasted 45 minutes. instead of 1.5 hours, I gave up classes and flew to Ireland, as the month of stay was over. To summarize, I just lost the money, or gave it to the center, or they simply stole it ..... I am writing this review for only one purpose - IF POSSIBLE, NEVER COME ACROSS THIS ORGANIZATION, BUT IF YOU STILL DECIDE, IN NO CASE DO NOT MAKE A 100% PREPAYMENT!!!!!! PLEASE LEARN FROM OTHER PEOPLE'S MISTAKES!
