I read somewhere that Belarusians do not take SMS alerts from the Ministry of Emergency Situations seriously and I do not agree, of course I cannot speak for everyone, but my family and I like that there is an SMS newsletter, it is very important and necessary, we try to be much more attentive these days than usual, thank you very much for your work!
