(I bought the oil together with the scythe in the same place.) I had to change the carburetor... He broke in a lot of money. I thought about throwing it out altogether. They were kept alive until the warranty period ended. Now I regret it, I had to contact the consumer rights Society.
The gas pump has broken off the protection of the gas tank under warranty. I turned to the store to replace the protection shield, they said you need to send the entire braid to the workshop in Minsk, or call and arrange for one damaged part to be sent. The warranty workshop said to send the entire scythe assembly and there are no other options, but at the time of shipments and replacement, they did not explain what to mow.
A great store for Gomel. I just found where to order a braid for a tillerblock from Russia. I didn't even want to get cheaper from the online store. I have been an active customer since the opening of the store in Gomel. I am dissatisfied with my work at the moment for the following reasons:
1 lack of a service center
2 staff's disinterest in customers.
I remember with pleasure the time that passed, Sergei from the workshop, who could be called for advice while at the cottage, Alexander's sales consultant, who skillfully promoted the product.
