A modest hotel, it has been standing since the 60s. The repair was done in 22. There is a cooler and coffee on the ground floor. There is a normal wifi. There is a night market nearby, very nice.
The city is clean and tidy. English is understood at the reception and in shops / pharmacies.
Transfer from the hotel to the marina - 200 baht, 20-30 minutes drive.
