Literally under every tree, Japanese companies are placed on mats, who, with beer, sake and a light snack, spend hours admiring the cherry blossoms and loudly rejoice at this event.
It's interesting and funny to watch the trees bloom and have fun.
A great park with a pond and a zoo. There is a place to walk and sit. Minus the fact that it is almost the only place in Tokyo where groups of homeless people were seen.
