I went to change my license (by the deadline). On the site it is not clear at all what is where. Upon arrival, I was shocked. There are a lot of people, windows and doors are closed (and this is during the time of covid and other diseases), everyone is in the photo booth. It turned out that they did not accept it, because the computer was frozen. I got my first license in 2003 and had the same story with their computer.
Anyway, I'll come back another day...
