The interior is clean and quiet, (it used to be noisy inside, pushing, who is behind whom, etc.). The assessment of the work of employees (in the windows, on inspection, is also good. On January 5 of this year, I had an accident in Gomel at the intersection of the ave. Pobedy and Kirova street. I drove through the intersection according to item 106 of the traffic regulations of the Republic of Belarus. Mazda was driving in front of me, ignoring paragraph 107 of the traffic regulations of the Republic of Belarus, not giving way to me. My car has a cracked bumper, the headlight and the washer fluid tank burst, Mazda has serious damage, parts have come off. Both I and the Mazda driver are Russian citizens, and cars are also registered in Russia. The Mazda is new, and my car is 16 years old. The Mazda driver is wealthy, obviously. I called the traffic police. The traffic cops came and accused me that I violated paragraph 103 of the traffic regulations of the Republic of Belarus, did not miss the Mazda. At the end of January, there was an administrative commission, at which I was given a fine of 2 basic values. The resolution has not yet entered into legal force, and the traffic cops have already entered me into the database of violators. I appealed the decision in court. I explained my point of view everywhere, only the traffic cops and the court in the tank, they did not hear me point-blank, my point of view is not reflected in any documents!!!! The court upheld the decision of the traffic police. Moreover, according to the law, since I have a residence permit in the Republic of Belarus, I had to take a theoretical exam in the traffic police of the Republic of Belarus before February 20 in order to get a Belarusian driver's license, but after that I suddenly did not want to take the exam. We moved to Belarus with my wife, who is also a Russian citizen, last year, and both received residence permits, which we refused on March 3 this year. In Gomel, traffic lights are not even installed in all directions at intersections, which the traffic police should monitor. But the traffic police obviously works for fines: the more fines, the better. There is only one negative for the traffic police!!!! The traffic police make me sick!!!! I recently read an article about how the guards heroically escorted the car where the woman was giving birth to the hospital, and came to her discharge. Yes, if my wife was giving birth in the car, I would never let traffic cops near my family!!! I have the impression that the traffic police recruit losers with low self-esteem. And there is a lot of one star, but you can't leave it without a star!!!

Why is the traffic police not working, looking for easy work standing under signs, and punishing people for nothing, look what's going on on the roads, reckless drivers driving down people, children, everything is not for people. Why away from Zhukov ave. October put a sign no one knows about it, they are happy to try on the feast of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker stopped and punished for what? They would have warned me first. I think the traffic police will not be able to work properly, and there will be no order in Gomel if they do not take measures for the work of the traffic police, the driver and the pedestrian!
