A place of worship in Tashkent. If you want to feel the flavor of the corner, sit on the ground floor. There's a restaurant on the second floor, but it's not the same at all. Ignore the fork, eat with your hands, it tastes better this way.

I do not recommend this institution, the waiters do not know the menu, confuse the composition of the dish, barely speak Russian, have not heard about etiquette. Visitors do not follow the rules of the restaurant, smoke indoors next to children, the staff does not react in any way. The pastas are all original, they have nothing to do with Italian cuisine; the meatballs in the soup are so spicy and stuffed with rice / onions that it's scary to imagine what kind of meat the institution buys.

In Soviet times, it was probably just chic. Now it's a regular cafe with tobacco chicken. It is cooked really well and tasty, but for a sophisticated eater it is just chicken.
I had to ask several times to turn down the music. The waiter couldn't even hear our order. The audience is appropriate, as in Soviet institutions. In general, nostalgia :)
