We rested here in July 2023.
On the first day there was horror and shock, I wanted to escape, change the hotel, go somewhere. This is not a 4* at all. A maximum of 2 * and that's a stretch.
On the second day, remembering the price of a tour from St. Petersburg to 109t.r for a week and looking at the price tag of the neighboring 5 * from 250 thousand, it let go a little.
You can live, rest is for very unassuming tourists, but it is better to know in advance what you will encounter. On the third day of rest, we relaxed and tried to have fun. Be surprised at the advantages and joke about the disadvantages. But I don't understand who has the tongue to call this hotel cozy and homely.

The hotel is old from the 90s, complete ruin, everything is broken, the furniture and walls are repainted white here, that's all. It was scary to ride in the elevator, the whole broken thing rattles, the wires and the floor number board stick out of the case. There is no territory, there is little food, but there is still something delicious (chicken, grilled vegetables, fish and pizza). Huge queues for food.
The sea is good! A sooo modest hotel purely for the sake of the sea of norms.
Wi-Fi costs $ 40 for a week (local SIM is $ 35) - I connected the package from megafon, it turned out to be cheaper and not tied to the hotel.

We arrived at 9:30 a.m., thanks for not having to wait for us right away (for free!) we checked into room 220 at first (the socket does not work, there are no bedside tables and chairs, the toilets are dirty, the headboard is dirty and dusty, it stank of dampness). We rested from the road and the night flight and went to ask to be moved out of the dampness, I am asthmatic and it was a nightmare for me.
After a conversation at the reception, they moved to room 414 (it was true that the air was flowing, and then even spat ice, but they did not move again, put a towel on the floor so that there would be no flood for the whole room), everything else in this room was functional, the beds were normal, it was comfortable to sleep and did not stink of dampness. There was
a bed, 2 bedside tables, a table with a mirror and drawers, a small locker. Fridge. There are two cheap plastic chairs and a table on the balcony.
After talking with other guests, I realized that the most normal rooms are on the 4th and 5th floor.
They have never been cleaned in 8 days. This was explained by the fact that it was necessary to hang a cleaning sign on the handle (which we did not have in our room) or approach and speak at the reception.
But the maid's cart is always in the hallway and I myself collected as many clean towels as I needed.
There are no usual accessories, bring shampoo with you. Only soap in the dispenser.
There is no safe.
When asked to extend the room for 2 hours, they wanted to charge $ 20 for it.

The main "restaurant", if you can call it that.
Breakfast from 7 to 9 (I had to set an alarm clock)

At the beginning of lunch and dinner, there are queues and almost a battle for food.
At 15:30-16:00 they give ice cream (one in hand), the queue gathers for 15 minutes

He is only one and works from 10 to 17, and then from 19 to 22.

There is no snack bar or snacks.
Freely available (hooray!) a refrigerator with bottles of water, a coffee station and one kind of cookies (maybe).
For breakfast: fried eggs, soy sausages, soy sausage, many types of local cheese, buns, pancakes with nutella, cucumbers, tomatoes, oatmeal or rice porridge. Halva. There are no more Turkish sweets.
Lunch and dinner:
It feels like a dining room,
there is no meat. At all. It's good if they give you chicken (breast or leg/ wing kebab, chicken shawarma), but wait in line for it. Either you come, and it's already over. Yes, you have to fight for food in this hotel. Some more soy cutlets are given with a taste of meat (the cat did not eat them). Once there was minced lamb in a cauldron, twice liver. They also gave fish for dinner twice (mackerel and sea bass, the locals call it levrek). For lunch, a couple of soups with beans - we haven't tried them, they look greasy. Delicious grilled vegetables (sometimes overcooked), there are also cucumbers, tomatoes, herbs, sauces, pasta, rice, stewed vegetables. Delicious pizza. In general, the guy who works on the stove is super, he always saved if there was nothing to choose.
Fruits every day are apples and watermelon. Sometimes plums. Peaches once. In general, almost every day there was something delicious to eat, but not enough.
Forks, plates, cups, milk/coffee in the coffee machine are constantly running out.
From drinks: instant coffee, although from a coffee machine, tea in teapots packaged, lemonades, no juices. From alcohol, draft beer is not bad (although it ended on the 5th day of rest, they brought it back a day later), red and white wine from the tap (apparently powdered - sour), vodka and gin (tastes the same) are poured from small portion bottles. It seems that they are not bad, but the quality is questionable.
There are big questions about cleanliness in the kitchen and in the hall. But we've never been poisoned. With a child, I wouldn't even know what I'd be doing here. Although there are enough people with children here.
In the restaurant, the feeling of disgust does not leave. Tables are poorly wiped, plates, cutlery and glasses are not all clean. Flies are flying.
In general, my choice has always been chicken + vegetables + beer. There is nothing to choose, but, again, they were not poisoned.
Territory.
There is no hotel territory. An alley of palm trees and a lawn from the entrance to the reception and a path to the stage where events take place in the evening. That's all. If you turn aside a little, old furniture or some kind of construction debris is lying around. About the orange grove, what they write here is visible only from the window by the elevator and some rooms, but you will not walk there, there are no paths, it is not gentrified, old furniture is broken under the trees.
There is only one outdoor pool, shallow, next to a tiny children's paddling pool, there are a couple of good slides, they work on schedule (10-12; 15-17)
There is a spa on the 1st floor. And a shared toilet (you can go down from the bar if the room is high). The pool has a shower and sinks, there is no toilet.
There is a bus stop next to the hotel, where a minibus goes to Kemer for 15 minutes, costs 15 lira per person.
Spa
We went to a 1.5 hour program (hammam, peeling, and 45 minutes of massage) in general, we liked it, it came out 56 euros for two with a discount. Turkish men do massage, they know manual techniques. We were satisfied.
There is a cool indoor pool in the spa, and you can go there (and to the sauna, hammam) for free from 12 to 15.
Sea and beach
It's beautiful. Pebbles, yes. But aquashouses save. There were enough sun beds, but right next to each other. The sun beds and umbrellas are good. In general, there are no big claims to the beach, yes, it is small, but it is enough for the number of tourists who live here in the hotel. In the neighboring 5* it was much denser on the beach. Yes, there are boats nearby. But the sea was clear, there was no dirt or smell from them. The clear water is pleasant to swim in. It takes only 7 minutes to walk to the sea: cross an unlived road and walk in a straight line. But it's better to go on the left side of the road, because on the right there are garbage containers of five-star hotels that smell unpleasant.
Beach towels are provided free of charge without a deposit, you can change them every 3 days.
There is no toilet, locker room and shower on the beach. Well, there is no food with a bar either, of course). If you want to swim alone on an empty beach, skip lunch.
Animation and entertainment
In the afternoon, darts, and water aerobics.
Evening programs: Miss and Mr. hotel, foam party, karaoke, adult and children's disco.
Not enough, but at least something.
During lunch and dinner, live music by the staff (guitar, saxophone).
The staff seems to be trying, but there are either not enough guys, or in principle they do not understand the standards of service.
The feeling that everything is done according to the motto "and so it will do." The administration is young guys who will sit down at lunch in a friendly way, chat with you. But this will not make your vacation any better.
As a result, by the end of the week I wanted to go home. We bought up in the sea, but we got tired of the "service". We will not go a second time for anything, but we tried to discuss the shortcomings with a smile among ourselves so as not to spoil our rest.

We rested from 08.07.23. to 15.07.23. What can I say, do not believe the tour operator, who says that you are reading these old reviews and everything has changed there, all this is bullshit, the hotel is dead, the rooms are just without comments, the people here changed the rooms every other day, the air conditioner burned down, the toilet flowed, something else, for the room has not been cleaned for a week, some said that if you ask, the bed may be made in three days. I liked the food in principle, but if you compare it with other hotels where we were, of course, it's tin, we called it the Hunger Games, something for lunch, dinner is constantly cooked from under the knife and people are queuing and not a little, you can come later, but most likely you will have a vegetarian dinner. Drinks include only water and lemonades, local cola, fanta, sprite, beer from alcohol, two types of wine, gin and vodka. The wine is full of sourness, but people seem to drink, beer is not what, but after 4 days the beer ran out. They give ice cream for half an hour, and accordingly the whole hotel is also in line for it. During the day, if animation is needed, alas, there are only darts and sometimes aqua aerobics, the pool is not large and not deep, but there are not many people here, slides are present, people ride. What they write about the orange grove, yes, you can see from the hotel, even the oranges are hanging, but there is nothing that is not ennobled between the trees, old furniture is lying around, to be honest, it's a little too fast to walk. In the evenings, first they do a children's disco, then an adult one, they hold a few events here, Mr. and Mrs. hotel, a couple of hotels, karaoke and a foam party and everything, in general, the animators try to be cool. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea slowly, the sea is really good, not large pebbles, there seem to be enough sun beds for everyone. There are no complaints about this. In general, it's up to you to decide the hotel is not like 4* or even 3*, probably a good two. If you are not confused by slightly better than Spartan conditions and the main criterion is just to spend the night and swim in a good sea, then you can go. It's not the first time in Turkey and we've been to 3* hotels, but it was much better there than here.

Constantly there is no light, knocks out traffic jams, is this a sufficient reason? The room is never cleaned (in 10 days) and the food is bad. It's really bad. The hotel does not match its 4 stars in all respects. The rooms are very uncomfortable, small. There is no hood in the toilet, there is a smell. Terrible black curtains on the windows. There is practically no cleaning. They were removed only after contacting the manager. The bed was changed 1 time in 12 days.
The food is terrible, you can say vegetarian. The staff in the kitchen is slow, very slow to work. That's why there are always long queues.meat dishes were served in a day or two.
Don't see each other for good reviews. I don't know who writes them. They do not correspond to reality.

We had a rest from August 25 to September 4.

In principle, we were satisfied with everything.

Cleaning on request without problems, 5 minutes to the beach at a slow pace. The beach is pebbly.
The food in the first days was modest, but after 3-4 days the choice became larger. The food is all delicious and fresh. There is not much choice, but you will definitely not stay hungry. The territory of the hotel is not large but neat and clean. There are water slides that turn on according to the schedule.

Disgusting hotel!!! Leaky sinks in the rooms (209), with dirty water flowing directly onto the feet of tourists, overgrown with greenery, without access to daylight, balconies. What is given as food in the local canteen cannot be called food at all!!! Sour salads with mayonnaise, flavored with the choicest fattest flies! The dining room and kitchen are located directly on the street. Flies immediately land on all the food on display. They especially love cottage cheese! They're swimming right in this dish!!! But the most terrible thing is the horde of cats! Right here in the dining room, they are dangling underfoot, jumping on chairs, begging, causing a feeling of disgust, and certainly not appetite. COMPLETE UNSANITARY CONDITIONS!!! Our Rospotrebnadzor would have closed this shop long ago! For 14 days of the so-called rest, we did not go to the canteen at all for 4 days, because we were poisoned. It's good that the pharmacy turned out to be nearby, in the market. There is no medic in the village. We were offered a paid transfer to take us to the Antalya hospital. The beach is a separate HORROR!!! Yes, it is located close to the hotel, but it is disgusting in itself: cobblestones, dirty and broken sun beds, a high, unpaved descent to the beach, a high exit from the sea. We were counting the days when we would leave here! Only trips to Kemer, the bus stop right in front of the hotel, smoothed out the rest in this hole! The territory is more or less well equipped, palm trees, bushes, flowers. The pool is small, but not bad. The sun beds are in good condition, and the umbrellas are too.

We rested from September 5 to September 18, 2022. There were four of us, two people in each room. The rooms next to each other are exactly the same on the second floor we got 218 and 219. I can't say anything bad about them, but in general we expected that the rooms would be better (judging by the photo). The girl we met lived on the fifth floor under a triangular roof, her room was 521 smaller in size with a large balcony overlooking the end of the building towards the road. The view from there is good on three sides. We had a view from the balconies only of the pool. I heard from other vacationers that they changed the room for $ 20, but we didn't even think about it. There is information at the reception that room change is paid. It was very frustrating that there was no free Wi-Fi even in the lobby. They offered for $ 20 for 5 days, and $ 30 for 7 days. We did not pay for anything, we connected it to the travel agency next to the hotel for free. However, their equipment broke down later, and at the end of the rest we were left without communication. Boris and Timur connect him to MarsTravel, but preferably in exchange for buying excursions. At the same time, they warn you not to go to competitors. We took a trip to Kemer from them, it is considered a shopping tour, after which we were promised free time for a walk. We went just for a walk. One car takes you there, another takes you back. The return car was supposed to take us away later. but!!! Two grannies were loaded up with us, who went to get a jacket, and after buying it, they set off on their way back. And they sat us down with them, without explaining anything. To our indignation, Timur said to come tomorrow, we will take you separately again! The five of us came, we planned to buy one jacket and take all five of us for a walk. We were promised a seven-seater car, but it did not turn out, and we were divided into two and three people. As a result, those three didn't go out anywhere, but they bought a jacket. And the two of us never went anywhere, because there are no more cars! Timur advised me to take the bus there and back. We turned around and went to another agency, where a car was quickly found and took us as agreed, left us in Kemer until the evening and brought us back by the end of dinner. Later, I went to them to buy a ticket to the water park, I did not go to Boris and Timur anymore.
We liked the food very much, they fed us "for slaughter", we gained a lot of extra pounds during two weeks of rest. The big disadvantage is that smoking is allowed at the tables, and a lot of people smoked. The staff replied to the comments that people were resting, they should not be disturbed. They also smoke in the sun loungers by the pool, which was VERY annoying. Special thanks to the kitchen employee Ole, her soups are divine! And the baker who sculpted pizzas did everything very skillfully and quickly. I do not know the name, unfortunately (he is in the photo next to the tandoor). As for animation, so aerobics – it just sounded beautiful. In fact, it was only on the very first day that she was really interesting and fun. A variety of movements, dances in the water and a lot of laughter. Then she was led by some inept people who were prompted by exercises. The music is the same during classes. As a result, we stopped going to it. And, by the way, she was detained for half an hour every day, although there was a schedule and people were guided by this schedule. In the evening at 21:30 there were some events on the stage, mostly karaoke or Miss Hotel and Mr. Hotel contests, everything is very boring and with stupid rap music. The territory of the hotel is neat, everything is clean and cozy. A small puppy was found tied to a tree in an orange grove, they were upset about it, they found out for a long time whose it was, but it seems like he lives at the hotel.
